Отсутствие звукоизоляции . Соседи "общались до поздна" . В 5 утра у кого-то сработал будильник . Поспать получилось 4 часа за ночь . Фанерная гостиница .

It felt like the person who worked reception was doing us a favor by taking our money and letting us stay there. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and cheap.

Stuff are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for great location.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, dass man uns kein Taxi vom Flughafen ins Hotel organisieren konnte... wurden dann auch prompt übers Ohr gehauen und haben anstatt 800 Rubel (wie bei der Rückreise, dies wurde übers Hotel organisiert) 4200 Rubel abgezockt!
Weiter hat man uns praktisch keine Hilfe betr. Ausfügen geben können und zu guter Letzt 3x die Betten nicht gemacht und das Zimmer nicht geputzt - auch Toilettenpapier war nicht ersetzbar... Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.... Schade!

Poor wifi quality, hard to connect and low speed. Strange smell in the room even though the room was clean.

- Первые дни постоянно подтекала вода после принятия душа, полы мокрые в том числе вне ванны
- В последний день прямо перед выездом начала течь вода с унитаза, затопило весь с/у. Сходить в душ перед выездом не удалось, администрация обещала позвать слесаря в течение часа, никто не пришел

На одну ночь отличный вариант за эти деньги в самом центре Москвы

It's difficult to find this hotel, there's no sign of it in the street, you need to go through 2 yards to find the door. The yards look awful and the smell is bad. I booked a room to travel with a friend, who also booked a room at this hotel, but our rooms were in separate buildings! Be careful about it. Also, it was winter and very cold in the room, I had to ask for a heater. The bathrooms are tiny, you can't get dressed after taking a shower without touching a toilet. There are no facilities for kids upon request (no child chairs, no small toilet seat, etc.) The only positive impression is the stuff. They are nice and friendly, ready to help in any situation.

We choose this hotel for one of our stays in Moscow during the Fifa's world cup just because it was a good price for July 2018 and this particular event - a lot of the hotels were sold out and the ones available were REALLY expensive. Having said that, the hotel is quite simple, just a place to sleep really. The room was way too hot and the room we stayed at was moldy. Having said that, the building itself was interesting because it was a historical housing building that was totally transformed into a commercial building after the Perestroika times. So, if you want to have an experience similar to be around in such a place, it's a good spot to stay at. Metro is 5 minutes walk and it's location is not that bad.

Stayed here for one night and the room was great, a little small but fine for just a night. Would have no problems staying here again.

It is very nice Location, 600 meters from Smolenskaya Metro Station (Line 3, Line 4)

A good location just a few blocks away from New Arbat, US embassy and a 20-minute walk from Red Square. It was hard to find the office at night and, then, rooms, located in different wings of the 19th-century building. My two-bed room was modern and, also, a shared bathroom could be cleaner this hotel suited well to spend a night.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ! Die Lage ist wirklich kaum zu schlagen und für diesen Preis darf man keinen Luxus verlangen. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber und als ich ein Problem mit meinem Zimmer hatte, wurde mir direkt ein neues in einer besseren Kategorie gegeben. Es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden!

This hotel has a dorm feel which reminded me of my days at college. The service is superb, very professional and courteous. The rooms are small but clean and organized to maximize functionality. The location is great and close to plenty of restaurants that fall on the old and new arbat streets. The only downside was the shared bathroom.

Плюсы: чистота и месторасположение, приветливый персонал и наличие камеры хранения, питьевая вода в корпусе и бесплатный чай, удобная кровать, спать было комфортно.
Минусы: номер с удобствами ну оооочень маленький и очень мало освещения, также он плохо проветривается, если летом можно открыть окно, то как там зимой - не представляю. При уборке не пополняют гель для душа и шампунь, хотя казалось бы я там не 1 ночь живу. Ну и тонкие стены, я знал об этом заранее, но это наверное самые тонкие стены за всю мою жизнь, приходилось в номере разговаривать шепотом, чтобы не мешать соседям.
В целом за свои деньги в данном районе хорошо, если вам принципиально месторасположение. Но возвращаться не хочется.

Not bad for 35 dollars. Clean. If you are looking for a place just to spend a night that hotel would fit perfectly.
