Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl im Service, als auch an der Rezeption! Praktisch war außerdem, dass die Skikarten gleich im Hotel gekauft werden können. Lage perfekt direkt an der Piste. Das Essen (wir hatten Halbpension) war ebenfalls sehr gut. Schönes Zimmer.

An excellent weekend getaway
Pros:

The location is perfect - right on the mountain, a minute away from the lift. The included dinner was really cool and breakfasts were excellent

Pros:

Lage, Küche, Frühstück und Personal waren durch die Bank weg super.
Das Zimmer war sauber und das gesamte Haus ist top in Schuss.

Cons:

Der einzige Negativpunkt war, dass die SkiJause bereits um 16.50 Uhr abgebaut war - das sollte in dieser Preiskategorie nicht sein.

Fehlende Barrierefreiheit , zu viele Stufen. Viel zu kleines Doppelbett .Fehlende Ablageflächen im Badezimmer . Abendessen nicht 4 Sterne würdig .

Ich würde das Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen.
Cons:

trotz Voranmeldung von Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten war das Personal in der Unterkunft nicht fähig uns etwas zu essen anzubieten. Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich, - (ohne Grund!!), nicht flexibel und gar nicht bemüht! Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Es ist eine teure Unterkunft und es ist den Preis absolut nicht wert!!! Auch unsere ausländischen Gäste wären entsetzt über dieses Verhalten des Personals.
Wir mussten den Autoschlüssel abgeben, damit das Personal das Auto im Bedarfsfall umparken kann, unser Auto wurde weggebracht und als wir dann das Auto gebraucht hätten, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir das dem Personal mindestens eine Stunde vorab wissen lassen müssen (aber wir würden vorher nicht darüber informiert). Es war leider gar kein schöner Aufenthalt und ich muss gestehen, dass ich so eine Unfreundlichkeit noch nie erlebt habe...
