Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt

Wir können die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen dieses Hotels nicht nachvollziehen. Gerade deshalb möchten wir unsere positiven Erfahrungen gerne teilen.

Das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders im Restaurantbereich haben wir uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Da meine Frau eine Laktoseunverträglichkeit hat und sich bevorzugt vegetarisch ernährt, wurde sie sehr aufmerksam unterstützt. Die Mitarbeiterin im Restaurant hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, passende Gerichte angeboten und alles sehr freundlich abgestimmt.

Auch das Essen – vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen – war aus unserer Sicht sehr gut. Die Auswahl war ausreichend, abwechslungsreich und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Möglicherweise wurden hier in letzter Zeit Verbesserungen vorgenommen oder es gab einen Wechsel in der Küche – wir können jedenfalls nur Positives berichten.

Auch die Hinweise zum Umparken der Fahrzeuge waren aus unserer Sicht transparent kommuniziert. Ein Hotel deshalb stark abzuwerten, halten wir persönlich nicht für angemessen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir außerdem den sehr schön gestalteten Sauna- und Wellnessbereich. Ein Schwimmbad würde das Angebot sicher noch weiter aufwerten, aber auch so haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub und bedanken uns herzlich beim gesamten Team für die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und das Engagement.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at

Cons:

Location was slightly far away from Saalbach and Hinterglemm with no town centre and shops nearby. Hochalmbahn was conveniently closeby, but it does not go to the biggest slopes.

A szálloda előtere szép ,igényes ,rendezett. Bár rész úgy szintén. Reggeli vacsora választékos , bőséges. Szemelyzet kedves, segítőkesz. A parkoló megoldott volt.

Cons:

A hotelből a pályára való kijutás, illetve fordítva, nem volt jól megoldva. Hó híján nehézkes volt a kijutás, erre kellene valamilyen megoldás.

Rundum perfekt
Pros:

Wir durften zu Beginn früher einchecken, wie es angegeben war. Tiefgaragenstellplatz stand zur Verfügung. Sehr großes außergewöhnliches Zimmer bekommen mit Balkon und Blick zur Skipiste. Das Essen war vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen abwechslungsreich. Sehr begeistert waren wir von der Mittagsjause mit herzhaften und süßem Angebot. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Preis / Leistung war top. Der direkte Skipistenzugang war gewährleistet. Wir kommen wieder.
