Lovely hotel with wonderful staff, fabulous breakfast, nice restaurant for dinner, and perfect location near the entrance to Petra (as well as other restaurants and shops). We planned to stay for one night but ended up staying for three, as Petra was closed due to rain, and our car has broken down, delaying us. We arrived tired and bedraggled, and they took excellent care of us, making sure we had everything we needed, giving us good conversations about Jordanian culture, and teaching us about the food at breakfast and how we should combine things. They are a family-owned hotel, not a chain, and do a wonderful job. We felt very welcomed and cared for. Perfect place to stay when visiting Petra. Highly, highly recommended.

Pros:

De kamer was aanvankelijk erg warm en dat waas moeilijk te veranderen doordat dit centraal werd ingesteld. Door goed handelen van het personeel kregen we een goede oplossing met een kamer die koeler was. Top.

Cons:

Het hotel is een zogenaamd dry-hotel. Dat wil zeggen dat er geen Alcohol geschonken wordt. Natuurlijk respect voor de maatregel maar het zou wel passend zijn dit te vermelden. De foto's met dakterras (wat gesloten was) geeft namelijk een heel andere verwachting.

Petra Moon Hotel is very close to the entrance of Petra which is very convenient after a long tiring hike and walk. The staffs are so nice and very accommodating especially Mr. Emad Nawafleh. He always sees to it that we have a pleasant stay with them. The food in the hotel restaurant was absolutely good. It's very convenient that they have restaurant and offer good food. The room is very clean and spacious as well.

Perfect comfortable stay to visit Petra
Pros:

The location was exceptional. Free parking in the adjacent lot, and it was a very quick walk since the hotel is right next to the Petra Visitor Center entrance.

Krasen hotel, čudovito osebje in zelo dober zajtrk.
Pros:

Lokacija hotela je bila super, ker je v neposredni bližini vhoda v starodavno Petro. Zaposleni so bili nadvse ljubeznivi. V sobi so naju čakala različna darilca. zajtrk je bil čudovit.

Das Hotel ist perfekt, um Petra zu besuchen. Zum Haupteingang sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Meine Freundin und ich haben auch das Abendbuffet für 15 JD pro Person genutzt und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Daneben stimmt auch der Preis für die Unterkunft. Wir können es jedem nur weiterempfehlen.
