Pros:

Das Hotel ist perfekt, um Petra zu besuchen. Zum Haupteingang sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Meine Freundin und ich haben auch das Abendbuffet für 15 JD pro Person genutzt und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Daneben stimmt auch der Preis für die Unterkunft. Wir können es jedem nur weiterempfehlen.

Close to Petra Visitor Centre
Pros:

A great hotel with an outstanding service, situated very close to the Petra Visitor Centre. Amazing food, lots of dishes to choose from. Very quiet at night. Complimentary sweets and some drinks on arrival, waiting in the room. Hospitable and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The staff are so polite, kind and professional and go out of their way to help.
Highly recommend as location is the best for quick and easy access to Petra.
Breakfast lovely and kindly left some treats in the room on my arrival.
Just thoughtful hotel touches.

Cons:

Nothing to report other than the picture on the main ad here is of Petra Moon Luxury hotel behind and wasn’t advised if I could use the other hotel other than for treatments. Also don’t get in a taxi outside without agreeing a price as not connected to the hotel in any way.

Best hotel stay and amazing service
Pros:

The best hotel we have stayed at anywhere. The service is outstanding from the moment you walk in (Abdallah in reception), and all staff are amazing. The rooms are super clean, big and comfortable and they pampered us with extras over our stay. The breakfast is amazing and the pack lunch hits the spot while out seeing the sites. And after long long days on the trail we loved the buffet dinner - especially the salads, veggie mains and the delish crepes for dessert! The food and beverage team are amazing (Emad, Rasheed, Yazeed, Ali, really everyone on the team). The location is perfect for visiting Petra as it is right next to the entrance and shuttle bus for Little Petra. We stayed for 4 nights and explored every bit of Petra and loved the back trails away from the crowds! Highly recommend this hotel. And if you get to stay more than a day or two, it makes for a great home base while you see the sights.

Perfect welcoming hotel for visiting Petra

We had a wonderful stay at Petra Moon Hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place to experience Petra. The location is perfect.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The room was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and provided a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring.

Overall, Petra Moon Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Petra and would gladly stay here again.

Ottimo! Il mio primo 10 su booking!
Pros:

Struttura OTTIMA per il prezzo ridotto. A 50 metri dall’ingresso del centro visite, con parcheggio dietro all’hotel, all’arrivo ci hanno offerto the e biscotti e all’arrivo in camera ci hanno fatto trovare dolcetti e diversi kit da bagno. Un trattamento davvero notevole! Colazione a buffet molto varia e buonissima, pagando un piccolo extra ci hanno confezionato una lunch box davvero buona. Ci hanno prenotato inoltre anche i biglietti per Petra by night senza costi extra. Hotel fantastico, pulito e con un ottimo prezzo! Consiglio assolutamente!

1. Очень приятный и приветливый персонал, накормили, предложили ланч боксы для похода в Петру
2. Комфортный номер
3. Мы забыли куртки в номере, персонал организовал их отправку в другой город

Fortement recommandé pour un séjour à Pétra confortable et facile !
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel à deux minutes de l’entrée du site de Pétra à pied. La prévenance du personnel tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre familiale est confortable. Merci à Abdullah pour son accueil chaleureux et à Talat de nous avoir dépanné quand nos lunettes étaient cassées 🙏 la possibilité de panier repas pour la visite de Petra. Les buffets du soir et du petit déjeuner sont complets et variés .

Ottima soluzione
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, ottima pulizia e colazione. Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort e più ancora. Personale super efficiente. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Cons:

Evitate la lunch box perchè è ricca ma molto pesante per la visita di Petra. La piscina è in disuso.
