Emplacement exceptionnel face à l'entrée du site de Pétra, avec un parking privé gratuit derrière l'hôtel. Chambre familiale pour 5 personnes ce qui est assez rare, très propre et surtout un petit déjeuner incroyable avec vue. Très bonne qualité et quantité des produits, service irréprochable. Merci Petra Moon Hotel pour ces 2 nuits parfaites !

Wonderful experience

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff, fabulous breakfast, nice restaurant for dinner, and perfect location near the entrance to Petra (as well as other restaurants and shops). We planned to stay for one night but ended up staying for three, as Petra was closed due to rain, and our car had broken down, delaying us. We arrived tired and bedraggled, and they took excellent care of us, making sure we had everything we needed, giving us good conversations about Jordanian culture, and teaching us about the food at breakfast and how we should combine things. They are a family-owned hotel, not a chain, and do a wonderful job. We felt very welcomed and cared for. Perfect place to stay when visiting Petra. Highly, highly recommended.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect, very close to the entrance of Petra, which made everything extremely convenient. The staff are highly professional, efficient, and always ready to help.
The breakfast was very good, and the food overall is of exceptional quality. I had a small issue with the shower, but it was fixed immediately, which shows how attentive and responsive the staff are.
The hotel is also very clean, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

De kamer was aanvankelijk erg warm en dat waas moeilijk te veranderen doordat dit centraal werd ingesteld. Door goed handelen van het personeel kregen we een goede oplossing met een kamer die koeler was. Top.

Najpiękniejszy hotel ever. Cudowne miejsce, blisko wejścia do Petry. Gościnność, uprzejmość, troska o każdego turystę, jedzenie. Obiecałam sobie, że tam wrócę.

Petra Moon Hotel is very close to the entrance of Petra which is very convenient after a long tiring hike and walk. The staffs are so nice and very accommodating especially Mr. Emad Nawafleh. He always sees to it that we have a pleasant stay with them. The food in the hotel restaurant was absolutely good. It's very convenient that they have restaurant and offer good food. The room is very clean and spacious as well.

The location was exceptional. Free parking in the adjacent lot, and it was a very quick walk since the hotel is right next to the Petra Visitor Center entrance.
