Perfect location for Petra
Pros:

The property was a 2 minute walk to the gates of Petra which was perfect for us as we were tired after hiking in Petra all day.

The room was clean, it had a nice view of the gates of Petra, and the staff was excellent. Abdullah, at the front desk, was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed for a nice vacation.

Excelente hotel. Empreendimento local, todos funcionários são de Petra e toda a equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Jantamos no próprio hotel e valeu demais a pena.
Café da manhã também é excelente. Quarto muito bom e confortável

The stay was truly incredible and exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the entrance to Petra, which made exploring the site incredibly convenient and stress-free. Being able to return easily after a long day of sightseeing was a huge advantage.

The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. A special mention goes to Abdullah, who went above and beyond to make my trip seamless. He was always available, attentive, and proactive in ensuring everything was taken care of. He helped arrange reliable cabs for my entire trip and coordinated all my local transportation smoothly, so I never had to worry about logistics or delays. His support and professionalism truly enhanced my overall experience.

A wonderful stay with heartfelt hospitality that made my visit to Petra even more special.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional from reception to the kitchen and restaurant team, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The location is perfect for visiting Petra, rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was great. The birthday surprise cake at breakfast was a beautiful and unforgettable gesture.

Gran estadía
Pros:

Está al lado de la entrada de Petra, excelente recepción y una habitación excelente. Destacar por sobre todo a Abdallah de la recepción quien nos aconsejó con los tours e hizo nuestra estancia mucho más agradable ayudándonos a optimizar nuestros tiempos. Todo el personal también fue amable y el desayuno estuvo muy bueno.

Pros:

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise, as everything was of top quality. Starting with the friendly and helpful staff, the complimentary daily water and welcoming sweets, and the free toiletries—everything was excellent. The room was spacious and very new, with great attention to detail that made us feel at home. It is also extremely close to the entrance to Petra. We had the evening buffet, which was very good, and I highly recommend it if you want to try traditional Jordanian (Arabic) food. The breakfast was also excellent and starts very early, allowing you to explore Petra first thing in the morning.
We really recommend this hotel!

Супер, советую для посещения Петры
Pros:

Отличное местоположение (5 минут до входа в Петру), чисто, красивый отель, вполне приличный завтрак и очень-очень хороший персонал: за нас и припарковались, отлично встретили на рецепшене, помогли по всем вопросам и дали полезные советы по посещению Петры. Мы остались очень довольны, на одну-две ночи для осмотра главных достопримечательностей — локация отличная.

Very varied breakfast and very good food in the restaurant if you don't want to go out after visiting Petra, as was my case. I would return without hesitation.

Amazing, modern hotel and the kindest, most welcoming staff ever.
Pros:

I’ve never felt more comfortable at a hotel than I have here. The entire hotel is very clean and modern, and the staff are absolutely phenomenal. I was just a regular guest and I felt like I was getting the royal treatment everywhere I went. I wish I could have stayed there 10 times longer. If I am ever able to visit Petra again, this is the place I will stay every time.
