We are so grateful to be in zanzibar and we enjoyed a lot we do appreciate the service from Allen he was amiable and industrious smiling all the time making cocktails with lots fanfare to the pool bar however we liked the hotel scenery surrounded with beautiful gardens nice beach nie rooms and delicious food neptune deserves to be 8stars

We came vacation just to enjoy andrelax after workingfor a long time and we found neptune is the best place where happy is found Allen is one of the people who made our vacation go well by giving us delicious cocktail and remedy smile

Our stay at the Hotel Neptun Pwani Beach Resort was wonderful. The people who work there made sure our time was relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and the restaurants served delicious food and fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Allen, Maciano, Salama, and DJ. I like the Service and the beach the hotel is good. The food is good and the rooms are awsome. The Pool is good and the garden are beauty. I want go back. Allen from the pool Bar and the Bar cart ist very good and a good service and good smile

Staying in an all inclusive hotel is worrying when you require gluten free food. The F & B Assistant Manager, the Chefs and the waiting staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Not only were we catered for, we had choice of restaurant and food at each and the food was excellent! Ahsante sana to Swahera, Grace, Issa and Narendra
The hotel was clean relaxed well appointed and on the beach. Sadly no sailing available through the water sports centre. The diving master Naheem was excellent however.
The 3 day Safari arranged through Ali at the hotem was superb. Saw the Big 5 and the Ugly 5. Dream come true.
FABULOUS hotel and staff. Would recommend for anyone needing GF food or a relaxing break.

We stayed at Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa as a group of four (two families), in rooms 182 and 183, and everything was simply excellent.

What impressed us the most was the kindness and warmth of the staff: from reception, to housekeeping, to the bar and restaurant teams. Everyone was genuinely friendly, gentle, and happy to welcome guests.

With the hotel’s guidance, we visited a nearby village. The contrast between the luxury of the resort and the local reality is striking and deeply moving. Despite the poverty, the local people are cheerful, kind, and welcoming. It was a powerful and emotional experience that we will never forget.

We spent most of our time inside the resort, where we felt completely safe and relaxed. If you are looking for a vacation where relaxation is the priority, a charter holiday in Zanzibar is a great choice, and Neptune Pwani is an excellent resort.

During our second stay at Neptune Pwani Beach Resort, we were welcomed by the same staff as two years ago, who gave us a warm welcome, as if we were family.
Everything was perfect. The room was cleaned every day and had a beautiful balcony and very comfortable bedding. As for the food, the buffet restaurant offered a variety of high-quality dishes every day.
Thank you to Narendra, the head chef, and his entire team.
On the beach, the staff was on hand to set up our lounge chairs as soon as we arrived, and there were enough for everyone, as well as exceptional beach service.
The hotel staff were very attentive, and in a completely natural way. Zanzibar is the most welcoming region in Africa.
A big thank you to all the staff, we will be happy to return.

We came year to celebrate the new year it was really nice and the beach was beautiful.The food and restaurant was so nice. I would like to highlight Allen as a very good man since we’ve been here he’s so friendly and good cocktail maker and has a good smile. Neptune we will be back again

Leaving this place was truly heartbreaking.
Resort is lovely and very well maintained place.
Rooms and Public Area very clean and well looked after. Food great. Staff amazing.

They made us feel at home. They made us feel at ease. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

We had an excellent time at Neptune and would absolutely recommend this resort to everyone.

The Hotel is located in the north East. Rooms are nice and big but really sensitive to sounds from outside. The whole Staff is amazing. 6 Stars if possible for them all. From Housekeeping, Gardening, Waiters etc. They are more than friendly and absolutely great. Allen is Doing a great Job at the bar, also James is amazing like all the staff we were luckily able to meet. Food is really good and changes almost every day. The whole Area is nice and green and in a good shape. We really enjoyed the Yogalessons in the morning.

But...

The Gym is horrible. You have Some Cardio Machines one Bench some Dumbells and a Multimachine. There are no Labels for the weights at the dumbells. The Multimachine or Tower is in such a bad shape, that it is absoluty useless. The towels smell really bad and old. It's more an empty room with some old useless fitness equipment than a gym.

The spa looks really nice and we had a good Thai Massage. But it is quite expensive and you can only use the spa, when you book a massage. Otherwise you have to pay 10Dollar per hour. We weren't able to use the steam room or saune, because they weren't turned on. So you pay 10 Dollar per Hour for a pool. Also the activities offered by the hotel are quite expensive if you see the local prices and the salary of the local people.

The biggest problem is not a fault of the hotel but affected our stay a lot. As soon as you leave the hotel area and go to the beach or in the ocean you're surrounded by people that want to sell you something. From activities to souvenirs etc. And they don't accept a No or that you want some privacy. It's impossible to go for a swim or a walk. We felt caged in the hotel because of that situation.

It was a nice stay and we are more than thankful for the nice service of the staff. But we won't recommend it at all.

i enjoyed de service from the poolbar and the restaurants, they are very nice and Allen is the best barman. they are very nice and smiling all day.

Despite our short stay, everything was perfect, like something out of a fairytale. From the welcome to the farewell dinner. The service was top-notch, the food delicious, the rooms clean, and the views unforgettable. We'll be visiting this resort again next year for a longer stay.

Paradise for sure - beach front all inclusive resort - our second time to visit this jewel of a resort.
We actually had a terrible experience at Maharaja Beach - where we were booked for 3 nights but after 1 night of terrible stay we booked Neptune and moved and the best decision we made. From breath taking views, lovely and very helpful and friendly staff to amazing food - so much to choose from, being vegetarian we had so much choice for breakfast to lunch and dinner - the rooms were very clean - we also got an upgrade to sea view which we are very thankful for :) as that made our stay even more special as my husband was celebration his Birthday while we were out there. They also surprised him with a cake and the lovely staff who made the evening very entertaining.
Neptune is a big resort so you have lots of space and spots to choose where you can lie and enjoy the warm sun and amazing views- we had fresh coconut water daily & enjoyed all our meals.
All staff were friendly and helpful from the reception to the dinning and all ground staff welcomed us with a smile at all times, the rooms were cleaned daily and we also had a turn-down service where they made our bed and sprayed our room so we could have a sound sleep, we felt we were really taken care of and did not wanna leave ever ..lol
The Manager Narender was really good he made sure he asked us if we needed anything else and if we were comfortable at all times, felt very personal and special considering it is a huge property.
We also experienced the Spa - although i would say they could do better - I personally did not enjoy the massage - could have been better.
But apart from that our stay was amazing and we will surely visit again :)
Highly recommended for families, couples and solo travel too as they had many onsite activities to enjoy.

This hotel is truly beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The pools, the food, the sea, and the drinks are all delicious. The staff at the hotel are genuinely kind-hearted people. Especial Allen who gave us nice Cocktails for my wife and me, Ali from the reception and the team at the lunch buffet such as Zephania, all deserve great praise. You can have a lot of fun with the staff here – they are all very motivated and always helpful. The employees make an excellent impression of this hotel in Zanzibar. We are more than satisfied and very grateful for a wonderful 9 days. Thank you, Neptune, for our amazing honeymoon.
