Pros:

The hotel and the staff are excellent. The food was very yummy. The controls in the room is digitalised. We had quite fun experiencing it. We would definitely stay in this hotel if we visit coimbatore again.

We've stayed here three times and have never been let down.
Pros:

Great staff, very helpful, and always willing to oblige.

Cons:

Drinking water was provided in the room, but the water came in plastic bottles rather than glass bottles like those used in the main restaurant. Considering the enormous plastic problem the world faces, it would be a meaningful and positive step for the Residency to switch to reusable glass containers.

We enjoyed our stay very much and we highly recommend staying here.
Pros:

The Towers were centrally located to everything: the CBD, restaurants, shops, RR Station, Bus Station, and ATMs. The rooms were well furnished, the staff helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was spicy even when we asked for less spicy 😊

Comfort, food and vibe
Pros:

This was a true gem, to replenish amongst few chaotic travel days. Very welcoming hotel with glamour and a cosy vibe. The buffet is truly epic and very extensive. It you walk in there, it will take while before you are out :-) staff was very helpful. Especially Vishnu who helped us with reserving train tickets. And many thanks for keeping our luggage safe, so we could go unburdened to MahaShivaratri. We really like to watch all the beautiful mix of people here.

Fantastic hotel, stay and experience.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. The amenities and luxury facilities was very good. Very good tech integrated hotel.

Cons:

Nothing, fantastic experience. One minor thing: If they can also provide the 24 hour checkin checkout from booking.com that would be wonderful.

Pros:

the staff need training.
the female receptionist i found very rude.
the morning buffet was good, but the staff where not clearing the tables on time, and rude.
the culture within the hotel needs to be improved, the staff dont seem to care, and only act as workers, with no general interest.
