Restaurants and breakfast wasn’t great as I thought
Had a pleasant stay, the room was clean comfortable and well maintained. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful
However, the breakfast buffet service needs improvement. While the food selection was decent, the service during breakfast was quite slow and inattentive. Items were not refilled promptly, and it was difficult to get assistance from the staff - I did address this issue with the restaurant manager.
The staff is brilliant . manager Bridget and the Jeeva the bellboy stand out

Recently, I spent four nights at the Residency Towers. i'm not normally a fan of very modern hotels, but this one was marvellous. Superb service in ever corner. Extravagantly i booked a suite, as I knew i would be tired. Many 'suites' aren't really suites, but this one was enormous, with vast windows with a distant view of the city and the Western Ghats. Incidentally, considering its quality, the suite was very good value.
My only very mild complaint is that i think a new guest should be given a more detailes briefing abot the modern electronic handsets for controlling lights and curtaisn, and so on. A bit confusing on the first day.
All the staff beamed smiles and helpfulness, but i was especially impressed by the concierge Jeeva. For three days, i was driven by a hotel chauffeur Karthi. i can't recommend him enough. Always smiling, an excellent driver, and very patient about finding difficult addresses in a city where there are almost no road signs.
Good experience ...next to airport ...rooms r v comfortable, hygienic ,... ..v friendly staff ..food is also good.. recommend all to book..
