Not much to like .......except the front door concierge.
Staff with poor atitude. Overpriced....
Staff were excellent, the manager Bridgette was very kind to us when my wife was not feeling well. The room was excellent, we went for the slightly more expensive option. Can't fault it, only stayed a day, did not give it a 10 as that spot is saved for heaven.

We love the ambience and care given by the service providers were absolutely great with patience and love.
This hotel is probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at in the region. Cleanliness, amenities, and food are all top notch. The ingredient cards accompanying each dish is extremely helpful if you have dietary restrictions. The service is excellent, and the staff is very helpful if needed. However, the manager could use a lighter hand in sidling up to clients. She is a bit off-putting, but the other staff members are kind and genuine. Will likely stay here again for the other above reasons.

Great stay with truly 5-star service — the staff were very friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also kindly assisted us with a slightly late checkout, which made things much easier. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

We could not book a second time …. We thought we could, but apparently they booked up. Our second booking got a bit mixed up so we had to book at another hotel.
Great service, hotel taken extra care for small things like, extra towels and water bottles in the room, so that don’t have to keep calling for such things, special mention to Bridget…she has been taking extra care so that the guests have comfortable experience !!

A fairly nice hotel, although for such a new hotel I’m surprised the bathrooms have been allowed to decay so much! The washbasins and toilets are not very clean. We had an excellent meal in the outside dining restaurant by the pool. The food was great but service was not the best, a language barrier! Wine was very disappointing for a 5* hotel, no wine list…and offered only 1 mediocre wine !

I had a wonderful stay at The Residency Towers, Coimbatore during a short personal trip. Even though it was just for one night, the experience was very comfortable and pleasant.
The room was excellent — very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. I especially liked the bathroom, which had good quality fittings and was very neatly maintained. One thing that really stood out for me was the electronic controls in the room; they were modern and made the whole experience feel very convenient and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet had a nice spread with plenty of options, and everything I tried was quite good. The staff were also extremely courteous and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better.
The location is very convenient as well, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I always enjoy coming back here whenever I’m in Coimbatore. Highly recommended!
