Pros:

Location was suitable for me. Easy access from the airport. Used hotel’s cab service, good polite driver.
Food was very spicy for me but the restaurant staff suggested and got something specially made for me.

Staff was very helpful and supportive especially Bridget. She went out of her way to do research and clarify all my queries (me being first time in CBE). Also checked on me each day on how everything was going for me. Thank you Bridget and the team. I would be here again. Highly recommend this place.

Cons:

Breakfast items for example the Bircher Museli was just milk and oats mixed together. That wasn't expected. Also other buffet items especially towards the end of the time was not refilled or looked after. Place of improvement.

Please note that I was sent a scam link who called themselves booking.com and I was asked to click on the link and make a payment. Thanks to Mughilan from Residency towers Coimbatore who stopped me from making any payment online or else my account or phone could have been hacked. Please look into this asap and make sure that anyone else doesn't get affected. A big thankyou to Mughilan for saving me getting scammed. Also a big thank you to Sadiq driver who took me to Isha foundation and got me back on time to the hotel.

Cons:

The chilly paneer and mushroom ordered in the room was not that good. Can be improved.

I was expecting the hotel to be a business friendly hotel with friendly staff.

Cons:

Your staff is not trained well to tend to the guest. It appears they have not been given training in how they should handle questions from guests. They are quick to say NO to things even before hearing what is being asked. The staff in the dining room (lobby restaurant) were really no good. There were never to be found, impersonal, some were ill mannered. Even to get a cup of coffee you have to run behind them and find them first... which I found to be strange in a business hotel. The way you have to send the documents through whatsapp to get printing was really strange. You must look at these issues and fix them if you want to call yourself a business friendly hotel.

The pricing.. it was way too expensive, and the food was not that tasty and worth money... Even the normal chai was 175rs but the taste was not worth it... It was tasting like 20rs one...
