Exceptional Stay at Coimbatore at the heart of the city
Pros:

I had another great stay in this hotel. Clean rooms, accessories and the 24 hours check out when booking directly with the hotel made it worth for the money. The basic room itself was spacious and had all the amenities like superior rooms.

All the staff members were very cordial, Ms Sreejal was great help.

The restaurant at the ground level offers all kinds of food, very authentic and tasteful. There are exclusive restaurants with international cuisines too…

I recommend this hotel for exceptional staying experience at Coimbatore.

Our daughter's wedding reception was conducted here and we had a huge support from Ms Ramya.

She was there from the beginning till the end.

Safest place for solo lady travelers
Pros:

As a solo lady when I travel and stay in hotel I get that fear automatically. But here in this hotel I did not get that feeling as I had the staff who were warm and welcoming.

Excellent hotel, especially Ranjith, Muthu (porter), Manjunath and Bridget.
Restaurant needs attention as not on par with GRT T Nagar. Please update food and it will be an outstanding hotel.

A Truly Memorable Stay for 20 Days

Our stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was impeccably clean, comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards. The complimentary breakfast included in our package was outstanding, featuring an incredible buffet along with excellent à la carte options. We also loved the diverse selection of restaurants and dining experiences available throughout the property. A special thank you to the staff for arranging marudhaani for my daughter, which made our stay even more memorable.

The hospitality was truly remarkable, and we would especially like to thank Ms. Bridget, Mr. Vijay, and Mr. Vincent for their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. Their efforts made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Room service was prompt, service was consistently timely, and every interaction reflected a commitment to excellence. We left with wonderful memories and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking outstanding hospitality and a memorable experience.
