Wonderful stay with the friendliest staff that take great care of every possible wish. Muthu of the front office is responsible for luggage, room cleaning, food etc. He did his job with great care! Very grateful to Bridget for taking care of our every wish.
We had a great experience here. Beautiful hotel, modern updated rooms, attentive staff and friendly service.. The buffet food is delicious, the afghan grill a must try and very beautiful grounds.
They have so much greenery on the property that it doesn’t feel like you’re in Coimbatore but at some resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A shoutout to Shreeji who took great care of us. All the staff here were very welcoming and always available to lend a helping hand. The location is quite convenient as well. Will be coming here again!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The Residency Towers Coimbatore is a truly luxurious hotel offering outstanding value for money. The facilities and services are of the highest standard, yet the prices remain very competitive.
The service was impeccable. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel offers an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every meal was a real treat.
A special mention goes to the Bike & Barrel pub, which has an amazing atmosphere. With a live DJ, great music, and a dance floor, it's the perfect place to enjoy a fun and lively evening.
I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation and will definitely return on my next visit to Coimbatore.

I have stayed in many hotels all over the world over the years, but I have never experienced such outstanding service from every member of the team under one roof. From the warm and welcoming doorman, to the breakfast team who consistently delivered excellent service each morning, every interaction made us feel genuinely valued. I would also like to thank the baggage staff, who kindly noticed my sisters and me struggling with our shopping bags and immediately stepped in to assist without us having to ask.
Most importantly, I experienced a medical emergency during my stay. Mr Pavith handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, calmness, and urgency. He quickly arranged for a doctor to attend to me, and his prompt actions ensured that I received medical attention without delay, allowing me to recover much faster. During a stressful situation, his care and leadership gave me and my family great reassurance.
Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr Pavith and the entire team. Their kindness, attentiveness, and commitment to providing outstanding hospitality made our stay truly memorable. They are a wonderful example of what exceptional customer service should look like, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve.

Staff are mostly living in their own world. I have staryed here more than 4 times this year still feel like a stranger. They always need my identity. No personal touch
