Best Hotel Stay in years!
Pros:

The check with the front desk customer service was friendly and welcoming. The manger was amazing. The security guard which was a young man on the 1sr shift was also very friendly like a concierge. Very informative. He told us where to go & how to get there. The room was stocked with snacks and water the was the best added touch. I also appreciated and enjoyed the driver who took us to the port to catch our cruise was also very polite and friendly and professional. Best stay at at hotel in a long time.

Cons:

I was not aware that breakfast was over by 10:00 am so we missed breakfast.

Short and unpleasant
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

The A/C sucked! We were sweating at night.
Place wasn’t super clean. We paid $450 a night for a suite and it was crammed for 5 people. Beds were horrible and pillows were thin as paper. Wouldn’t ever go to again.
