Not bad
Pros:

I really liked the location—it’s right in Brickell, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a great bonus. The pool area was also nice for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it felt convenient and good value for the price.

Cons:

One downside was the bathroom setup—there was no bidet or handheld shower for personal cleaning after using the toilet, which made it less comfortable for me. I also found the bathroom a bit basic compared to the rest of the room.

Boa experiência no geral.

Localização, instalações e simpatia dos funcionários, principalmente do FO.

Cons:

Como éramos uma família tínhamos uma reserva para duas unidades de alojamento muito específicas com 2 camas de casal em cada quarto e quando chegámos o funcionário do FO informou-nos que uma delas não estava disponível.

Tentaram oferecer um upgrade para um outro quarto, mas obrigou-nos na mesma a dormir 2 pessoas em um sofá e outra em uma cama extra (que não era muito confortável para ser sincero).

Em todo o caso, o staff e penso eu que o Diretor Geral foram muito cordiais, pediram desculpa pela situação e tentaram arranjar uma solução e inclusive compensaram-nos um pouco com outros extras.. Não foi o ideal devido à questão do quarto, mas foi uma boa estadia. Sem essa situação teríamos dado um 10.

L'emplacement à deux pas de la station Brickell pour le Metromover et le Metrorail, la chambre très spacieuse, propre et confortable, les espaces communs agréables, le petit-déjeuner bon et varié, les boissons en libre accès toute la journée, le quartier vivant et avec plein de restaurants pour dîner.

I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years. It was quite disappointed to notice that the shower liners were no longer available on the shower curtain curtains in regular room rooms. Housekeeping told me they were only available on the 14th floor. I’ve definitely been impressed with these shower curtains over the years. Quite sad to know this is the result of a likely cost savings effort. Not a huge deal, but still disappointing…
