Dat we een zomerkaart moesten aankopen ook al verbleven we er maar voor 1 nacht, waardoor dit wel een extra verloren kost was.

Pros:

Meget centralt beliggenhed i gågaden. Gæsten kan få udleveret fordelagtig rabatbillet til parkering i p-kælder.
Fin betjening i reception, og inde i restaurant. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme.
Pga af vandskade i det første værelse fik vi et andet: et fint, stort, lyst værelse og med balkon og byudsigt.
Store gode senge - stuepigerne m/k var grundige, og arrangerede også dynerne fint på forskellig vis, fx <3.

Cons:

Mangelfuld betjening i “paraply-gaden”. Og foran hotellet - ventede forgæves på at afgive bestilling.
Havde bestilt værelse m udsigt til by, men fik udsigt til baggård.
Måttes flytte værelse pga vandskade.

Affordable, simple and good hotel for shorter stays.
Pros:

Right in the middle! Perfect location for a family. Good service and problem solving skill.

Cons:

The mandatory fee for summer card for each night when you’re not able to use them if you’re travelling through

Pros:

The location is exceptionally wonderful,
right in the heart of the city.

The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room size is good

Cons:

The room is very hot, and although there's a fan, it's not enough.(No AC)
The windows and door cannot be opened because of the insects Especially flies and mosquitoes, and there is no screen to prevent them from entering.

The bathroom doesn't have a bidet.

The furniture in the room is very old.

I have a problem with TV.

The balcony is shared with the neighboring rooms, and I saw one of them watering the plants right next to my door.

Supermysig by på sommaren med massor av aktiviteter. Bra Hotell.
Pros:

Mysigt hotell, i kanon läge. Ok frukost.

Cons:

Väldigt varmt på rummet (ingen AC). Personal hade många roller, jobbade både i restaurang och i incheckning och ibland ingen i foajén.

We had a fantastic stay.
Pros:

Hotel was perfect for location and staff were helpful. Also the car parking was easily instructed by the receptionist.

Pros:

Genuint österrikisk hotell , liter och familjärt . Stort rum med soffa,tv ,kylskåp . Sommarkarte som man var tvungna att ta gjorde att vi upptäckte nya saker att göra .

Cons:

Cons:

Noisy outside from late to early and so you didn’t want the window open. But you had to have the window open as there was no aircon. A standing fan was provided but inadequate.

Terrible customer service and diaper smell room!

Receptionist didn’t provide us with a parking spot despite 2 spots open all night and next morning. She did NOT explain to me, as the person reserving the room, their process when they make you park in a local garage and we ended up paying €43 for one nights parking vs their partner rate of €15. When I asked for an adjustment, I was simply told it was my fault and this is suggestive of a property that does not value customer service or take responsibility for their oversights.

Additionally, we reserved a deluxe room and instead got a room with a large bed and a child’s bed that smelled so strong of diapers. We had to leave windows open to dissipate the smell. If this is deluxe, I’m desperately afraid of what is standard.

Getting to the property is very confusing as it’s actually on a pedestrian street. It’s a wonderful location, but don’t count on the receptionist to be there when you check in as she seems to come and go at will. She gave our keys and passes to the person for whom we reserved a second room in the morning rather than to me as the person who booked the room and to whom all keys, passes and explanations should have been given because she was not planning to be there at their advertised 3 pm check in time.

I won’t be back despite going to Zell am See semi frequently. I will go somewhere where they appreciate their customers, own up to their mistakes and reimburse where overcharged.
