Nice place, good location but very poor service
Pros:

Located right in the middle of Zell am See old town :) close to train station.

Cons:

The reception was desserted when I checked in around 16:45 yesterday. I found a housekeeper in the restaurant, who told me to wait and she finds the Receptionist.
After 20 mins wait, areceptionist lady showed up and she was really rude. She explained nothing to me upon check in! When I asked about the summer card she told me to download the app and it will be there!
Upon check out the reception was empty again…
No welcome, no good bye! Not very welcoming to stay here!

Bardzo fajny hotel w samym centrum Zell am See. Jak ktoś się wybiera tak jak ja na zawody Ironman 70.3 Zell am See, to ten hotel jest idealny. Zlokalizowany praktycznie na mecie zawodów i przy expo. Parking w parkingu podziemnym ze zniżką hotelową wychodzi po 15 EUR/dzień. Sommer karte w tym hotelu to duży plus, bo większość atrakcji w okolicy jest w ramach tej karty. Polecam! Gdy będę chciał wrócić do Zell to wybiorę ten sam hotel.

Very comfortable stay at centrally located, historic hotel!
Pros:

A historic hotel right in the heart of the old town, so great location!. The room was quiet, with a small balcony, and very well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful. Elevator access to the upper floors was great for older travelers like us. Onsite parking was an excellent convenience.

Cons:

No AC. But they had a large fan, so we were able to keep the temperature down, for a good nights sleep.
