Ein in allem sehr netter Aufenthalt, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen. Sauber und gepflegte Anlage.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung entsprach nicht ganz dem üblichen Schnitt, meiner Meinung nach etwas zu teuer, für das was geboten wird… aber noch akzeptabel.

Die Begrüßung war extrem freundlich, das Personal hat uns flexibel und unkompliziert geholfen, wir konnten auch am Abreisetag länger im Zimmer bleiben und den Wellnessbereich nützen. Obwohl am Sonntag das Restaurant geschlossen war, gab es Abends ein kleines Buffet - das wurde auch in der Preisgestaltung berücksichtigt. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit regionalen Produkten, wunderbar prickelnder Frizzante

Personal superfreundlich und kompetent, Zimmern schön und komfortabel, Essen hervorragend!

Cons:

WellnessBereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In einem "Genusshotel" hätte ich mir mehr als 1e kleine Finnische Sauna und eine kleine Dampfsauna und einen lauwarmen Pool erwartet.

Unglaublich schön gelegenes Hotel mit wunderbaren Blick auf die Riegersburg. Fantastisches Abendessen und Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir waren mit unserem knapp vierjährigen Sohn dort und wenn man etwas bemängeln kann: Kleine Kinder sollten nicht 2-3 Gänge warten müssen, bis sie ihr Essen bekommen.

Это был лучший отель за последние пару месяцев. А завтрак просто поразил - изобилие продуктов, много фермерских продуктов и даже возможность сделать себе фреш из фермерских продуктов. Просто нет слов. Одни положительные эмоции. Персонал невероятно приветлив и учтив. Готов прийти на помощь. Уютный спа, а вид из номера на замок покорил с первого взгляда
