Pros:

La atención del personal la original de la estancia las habitaciones y la zona en plena Hacienda cafetera

Cons:

El camino de acceso era una tortura llenísimo de baches y complicado de recorrer sobre todo por la noche algo más. El desayuno Es mejorable sobre todo en variedad para elegir

Todos muy gentiles y dispuestos en especial el mesero Oscar demasiado especial y querido con mi hijo de 4 años.

Cons:

la habitación muy precisa era tan húmeda y poco aireada que lo que estuviera mojado ropa y demás era imposible que se secara, también un mesero lo escuché muy enfadado con otro huésped y se refirió a él como malparida en la zona del comedor tanto que uno de sus compañeros le dio seña que se callara.

I won’t go back as I was very dissatisfied with the service at the reception
Pros:

Nice architecture, Rooms are comfy, breakfast is abundant and tasty with fruits, waffles, calentao, hot chocolate, hammocks to relax

Cons:

Staff at the reception. Two guys were impolite. Somebody came and ask for me and the guy in the reception was very rude. Staff at the restaurant were nice and helpful. So was a lady at the reception but those two guys are a pain

Equipe Top. Confortáveis instalações com charme da fazenda.
Pros:

A estadia foi muito rápida, aproveitamos pouco as instalações, mas tivemos uma experiência muito positiva. A Equipe é muito atenciosa, o local é muito aconchegante e tem uma vista do vale muito bonita. Restaurante no local oferece ampla variedade, desde lanches mais simples até pratos mais sofisticados. A localização é muito interessante para deslocamentos com carro, com muitos locais para visitação a menos de 40 min. Tico (gato) é um atrativo a parte!!
