Opening hours at the spa:
Monday to Thursday: 11.00 am to 8.00 pm, Friday 11.00 am to 9.00 pm, Saturday 11.00 am to 9.00 pm and Sunday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.
Friday to Sunday we have Spa Slots that may be reserved in advance.
Please note that children under 12 years are only allowed in the spa area from 16:00 until 17:00 and need to be accompanied by an adult. Children from 12 to 16 years of age in the company of an adult have unlimited access to the spa area.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

La SPA la trovo piccola e non a livello della struttura albeghiera.
A really lovely hotel with a fantastic rooftop terrace. Service was friendly and prompt, and everything was absolutely spotless. The only unpleasant experience was that the cigar lounge makes the whole lobby area stink of cigar smoke because it's not sufficiently isolated from the main lobby. We wanted to hang out in the beautiful lobby for a drink, but could not stand the smell.
We stayed with our family (one grandparent and one child) and we were very happy with our stay.
The hotel is conveniently situated next to the main train station. It’s walking distance from all of the major tourist attractions in Old Town. Despite the central location, the hotel is also very quiet and peaceful.
We used Bern as a hub to do day trips across the country. Most places were within 60-90 minutes. We found it convenient for our day trips to Lausanne, Evian Les Bains, Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Neuchatel.
The rooms were clean and they accommodated bespoke requests. (It was unusually hot when we arrived and we requested a fan for the room which they brought up immediately)
Try their restaurant Jack’s. It’s one of the best in town. Great service and food.
They have a beautiful rooftop bar that offers panoramic views of the city. And a spa/gym that is also very clean and private.
For us, the best part of the trip was the warm and friendly staff. Anna and Anissa in particular were terrific and always greeted our family by name and went above the call of duty to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel - I've stayed many times and always have a great experience! The rooftop bar was not open due to the time of year, but I always love going up there when it is open. I also love eating at Jack's (breakfast & dinner).
Very central- nice spacious room with comfortable beds. Lovely attention to detail with extras in room for baby. breakfast was good.
No air con in room, too warm in hot weather. Location was good for public transport but a lot of drug/alcohol users congregate nearby from mid afternoon onwards.
