Please note that a deposit of CHF 200 per day will be blocked on the guests' credit card upon arrival to guarantee for incidentals.

Opening hours at the spa:
Monday to Thursday: 11.00 am to 8.00 pm, Friday 11.00 am to 9.00 pm, Saturday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm and Sunday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Friday to Sunday we have Spa Slots that may be reserved in advance.

Please note that children under 12 years are only allowed in the spa area from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm and need to be accompanied by an adult. Children from 12 to 16 years of age in the company of an adult have unlimited access to the spa area.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. يعجبني الفندق وموقعه في السنتر في وسط المدينة و القرب من المتاجر والخدمات، ومقابل محطة القطار التي تحتوي على العديد من المقاهي والمطاعم والمتاجر، انصح به وبقوة لمن يرغب في التجول في المدينة دون حاجة الى سيارة👌

The perfect Bern hotel !
Pros:

Just an amazing hotel! The location is perfect- right by the entrance to the old city and steps away from the train station. Our room was spacious and well apopinted, but the real gem was the staff. Can't say enough about how helpful they were, especially the desk clerk who helped us navigate the Aare swimming logistics AND provided us with a dry bag to use while floating down the river. HIGHLY recommend.

La posizione veramente ottima

In arrivo ci hanno assegnato una camera con wc sporco,ci hanno cambiato di stanza, facendoci up grade, ad una camera superiore appena l'ho fatto notare, Ma quando ho chiesto un dental kit (perché lo avevo dimenticato) non me lo hanno fatto trovare in camera, l'ho ottenuto solo alle 11pm parlando con il sig della reception del turno di notte. Penso che un 5* meriti personale più competente anche di giorno.

eigentlich gar nichts.. bisher das schlechteste 5 Stern Hotel in dem wir waren

unfreundliches Personal, vor allem der ältere Herr beim Frühstück.. bei Ankunft eine 0815 Begrüssung und Koffer musste man auch selber ins Zimmer schleppen

Pros:

What’s there not to like? Everything was simply amazing. The rooms, the location, the service, the staff, were all par excellence. The feather on the crown were obviously their staff. Would like to single out Yannick at the front office who always willing to help with a smile. Amazing person, I must say. We also run high end resorts in India, and I can tell you that Yannick is definitely an asset for any hospitality unit. Must also add a huge word of praise for Gilles Ineichen without whose help catching the train to Zurich airport would have been a huge problem for us. A visit to their terrace bar is a must. Overall, the hotel is in a class of its own. Strongly recommend for those coming to Bern. Needless to add, we shall be back for sure.

Pros:

Desayuno muy completo, todo de gran calidad. Todo el personal amabilísimo, servicial y de respuesta inmediata. La ubicación es magnifica, Centro Histórico, se llega andando a todos los sitios. Las habitaciones grandes, Mini bar y ducha completísimos, El Spa de los mejores que he visto, tiene todos lo que se puede pedir y el Gym completísimo. El valet de garaje muy entendido y rápido

Absolute Stille im Zimmer. Keine Geräusche weder vom Korridor noch Nachbarzimmer. Verwendung von hochwertigen und schönen Materialien im ganzen Haus.
Besonders positiv zu erwähnen der ältere Kellner beim Frühstück in der Brasserie. Äußerst zuvorkommend, perfekt im Service, herzliche Art & Weise zu meinem Enkel (8 Jahre). TOP VON TOP. Auch die junge Kellnerin mit Akzent ( Ukraine, Russland?) super gut. Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Gepflegtes Frühstübuffet- Fantastisch.

Cons:

Zum einchecken mussten wir 1 Stunde und 15 Min. Warten. Wir sind freundlich informiert worden, dass das Zimmer noch nicht bereit sei. Verstehen wir, jedoch war danach die Benutzung des Pools mit Kind nicht mehr möglich. Diese Information hätten wir gerne zu Beginn gewusst. Die Wartezeit hätte wir mit Genuss im Pool verbracht. Unsere Badeutensilien extra mit genommen.
