Please note that a deposit of CHF 200 per day will be blocked on the guests' credit card upon arrival to guarantee for incidentals.

Opening hours at the spa:
Monday to Thursday: 11.00 am to 8.00 pm, Friday 11.00 am to 9.00 pm, Saturday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm and Sunday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Friday to Sunday we have Spa Slots that may be reserved in advance.

Please note that children under 12 years are only allowed in the spa area from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm and need to be accompanied by an adult. Children from 12 to 16 years of age in the company of an adult have unlimited access to the spa area.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Cons:

On était 4 personnes dont 2 enfants dans une suite, j’avais demandé que le lit des enfants soit fait pour 20h , en rentrant du repas du soir à 22h le lit n’était pas fait.

In generale la qualità ottima di tutta la struttura, camera, igiene, servizi, rooftop bar, ristorante e pure fumoir … davvero notevole!

Cons:

Nulla in particolar modo. È stato davvero un eccellente soggiorno.

The best experience in Switzerland. I wish I had chosen the same hotel in Zürich.
Pros:

The customer service was exceptional. Also, if anything was missed, the staff took accountability 1000%. I am extremely impressed with this hotel.

Truly pet friendly
Pros:

I had great time. Particularly Im grateful for welcoming my dog and providing amazing treatment to my pet. Only issue I would mention, stuff at breakfast was not very friendly. Stuff at the bar and terrace was amazing.
