Please note that a deposit of CHF 200 per day will be blocked on the guests' credit card upon arrival to guarantee for incidentals.

Please note that on the day of arrival, the booking confirmation is also valid as a public transport ticket (including transfer from Bern Airport).

Opening hours at the spa:
Monday to Thursday: 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm, Friday 10.30 am to 9.00 pm, Saturday 9.00 am to 9.00 pm and Sunday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Friday to Sunday we have Spa Slots that may be reserved in advance.

Please note that children under 12 years are only allowed in the spa area from 16:00 until 17:00 and need to be accompanied by an adult. Children from 12 to 16 years of age in the company of an adult have unlimited access to the spa area.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Kleiner aber feiner Spa Bereich. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Super Zimmerausstattung. Top Service.

Cons:

Zimmer auf Bahnhofseite kann evt etwas Geräuschintensiv sein (war aber mit Rollladen unten nachts total i.O.)

Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, tout confort, avec tous les équipements nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de variété

Cons:

Ne pas venir si vous venez pour le spa. Des enfants en très bas âge avec des brassards dans une petite piscine qui la transforme en sorte de piscine municipale. Le spa est très décevant pour un établissant de ce standing (manque de place assise, trop de monde, bruyant,..)

Une parenthèse détente dans un écrin de confort
Pros:

Ce que nous avons apprécié le plus est la haute qualité de service et la gentillesse du personnel, particulièrement à la réception.

Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, très confortables et calmes, le petit déjeuner varié et qualitif. Nous avons également passé un agréable moment détente au spa. De manière générale, un grand soin est apporté aux détails.

Cons:

Le bar qui est très petit et ouvert sur la réception. Impossible de trouver une place pour finir la soirée autour d'un verre (mais c'est un détail)

Gemütlicher Luxus mitten in der Bundeshauptstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel verbindet den Standard und Luxus eines 5*-Hauses mit einer gewissen Intimität, Gemütlichkeit und Zugewandtheit. Das liegt sicher an der sehr komfortablen Einrichtung der Zimmer, des Spa, aber auch an der sehr gelungenen Bar-Lounge mit einer schön integrierten Bibliothek (gefüllt mit Bänden aller Art, auch wertvollen Literaturausgaben und Bildbänden). Natürlich ist das sehr freundliche, präsente und hilfreiche Personal zu nennen. Und schließlich Jack's Brasserie zum Essen oder auch für das Hotelfrühstück in einem eleganten, einladenden Rahmen.

Cons:

Billig ist es nicht. Auch ist die Lage am Bahnhof natürlich zugleich Segen und ein leichter Schatten. Aber diese Urbanität gehört nun einmal dazu - es gibt abgelegenere Adressen, wenn man das will. Aber sonst fällt mir nichts Negatives ein.

Außerordentlich sauber, super Service und perfekter Standort
Pros:

Das Putzkraft Personal kam 2 Mal am Tag; Nach dem aufstehen und vor dem Schlafen. Das SPA war excellent, sowohl auch als die Lage des Hotels.
