Please note that a deposit of CHF 200 per day will be blocked on the guests' credit card upon arrival to guarantee for incidentals.

Please note that on the day of arrival, the booking confirmation is also valid as a public transport ticket (including transfer from Bern Airport).

Opening hours at the spa:
Monday to Thursday: 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm, Friday 10.30 am to 9.00 pm, Saturday 9.00 am to 9.00 pm and Sunday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Friday to Sunday we have Spa Slots that may be reserved in advance.

Please note that children under 12 years are only allowed in the spa area from 16:00 until 17:00 and need to be accompanied by an adult. Children from 12 to 16 years of age in the company of an adult have unlimited access to the spa area.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Absolutely Brilliant stay in Bern
Pros:

Location is amazing - right on the edge of everything
Room was lovely and big and the shower was incredible!!
All of the staff were so great and attanetive and helpful

Cons:

Curtains were quite see through

Convenient, comfortable.
Pros:

Very good location. Valet parking 50 CHF per night. Big room.

Cons:

Very confusing light switches in the room. No soap dispenser for the bath.

Είναι ένα πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, με ωραίο άνετο δωμάτιο, άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι, τεράστιο μπάνιο, ωραίο σπα που μπορείς να χαλαρώσεις και πολύ όμορφη αίθουσα για πλούσιο νόστιμο πρωινό. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό, μέχρι και 3 μπουκαλάκια νερό μας προσφέραν στην πόρτα φεύγοντας, όταν μας είδαν οτι πάμε να πάρουμε το τρένο για να συνεχίσουμε το ταξίδι μας. 'Ολα ήταν τέλεια !

Great location, great hotel.
Pros:

We only had a short overnight stay as we were attending a concert in Bern, we would happilly have stayed longer. The rooms was spacious and very comfortable as were all the amenities. We were also fortunate enough to have had the spa to ourselves.

Good hotel, good staff, excellent breakfast in Jacks and wonderfull location.

Would recommend it to anyone.

No el trato que se espera de un establecimiento de esta categoria

Cons:

Personal de recepción no competente para la categoria y precio del hotel . Llegue a las 1.30 me informan que la habitación no esta lista, dejo el equipaje y salgo a dar un paseo regreso a las 14.30h la habitación no esta lista, me siento en el bar no me ofrecen ni siquiera agua a las 15.10 le pregunto a una camarera por mi habitación finalmente en recepción me dicen que esta lista, ninguna información sobre el hotel,desayuno, horarios me es ofrecida, subo a mi habitación mi equipaje no esta y la respuesta en recepción es que no saben donde esta????. Espero mas de 15 minutos a que lo encuentren, no me parece que en un hotel de esta categoria y precio sea esta la forma de tratar a un cliente al llegar. Por otra parte sigo esperando desde hace mas de 15 días el reembolso de 400 CHF que se bloquearon de mi cuenta, la reserva se pago por anticipado y al hacer el check out se pago el resto de la factura, se me informo que en unos días se devolverían los fondos bloqueados y se me enviaría la factura correspondiente, nada de esto a ocurrido todavía.
