Such a great hotel. The staff are super helpful, and always try their best to help, they made sure to take care of all my needs, big thanks to Youssef, Ephraim, Kerolles and Michael.
Clean rooms, the food is great with lots of variety. The facilities are great, with a table tennis, pool-table and a shisha corner where you can relax and enjoy your drinks at the evening.
What a lovely clean hotel with great food and perfect with allergies 100% woukd stay again great hotel for a 3 to 4 stars
This was just perfect for our 10 night break.
Yes this is a smaller hotel than I usually stay in when traveling to Sharm el Sheik.
The food ,the staff and day entertainment was just perfect , the evening is not the best to be honest and is in a Tent instead of the main stage that they use in the day.
They have a shuttle bus that goes every other night taking you to either the Old market or Naama bay
Free of charge.
We would highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing holiday.
I booked this as a budget break, all inclusive and thought was great value for money. I really liked the food and as a vegetarian there were plenty of options. The staff were pleasant and helpful, especially at the Le Bleu pool bar. There is a shuttle bus which can take you to the beach. I took the evening shuttle to the market. The hotel can get you a taxi if you want to go anywhere but there isnt much nearby. I would stay here again.
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Xperience St. George in Sharm El Sheikh!. This was our 1st visit to the Hotel (bit of a late birthday present for the missus), but second visit to Sharm El Sheikh in 21 years,
Everything was good, and we are truly so happy and grateful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
In particular Aladeen was always smiling and happy to help. The bedroom was a good size and cleaned daily, I was a bit annoyed that although I booked a double, I was given two singles, however this didn't spoil the holiday.
The location of the hotel was a bit of the way from the town centre (Old Market) roughly about 7/8 mins by car or a good 25/30 mins walking, the Hotel did provide a free shuttle service to the Old Market on alternate days, the other day was to Naama Bay, which was about 15/20 mins by car or over an hour and half walk.
Lunch time and Dinner time the food was good for meat eaters, however there wasn't much of a variety for non meat eaters like my wife.
Hotel has two pools which are a good size, the one on the restaurant side was always busy, so we stayed in the second one which was the quieter side, the pool side staff were always friendly and helpful.
Rooms are spacious and cleaned with fresh linen everyday. Air conditioning a bonus. Nice vibe loud pool and quiet pool of your choice. Food different meat every night plenty of choice. Location inland but free shuttle buses to beach every day if you fancy. Good value for money. Would go back.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience overall.
Starting with the positives, the rooms were impressively large and very clean, which made the stay comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries. The pool area was a real highlight—well-maintained with great pool bars that created a relaxing atmosphere during the day. The daytime entertainment team also did a good job, keeping guests engaged with activities and maintaining a lively vibe.
However, there were several downsides. The shower temperature was inconsistent, with cold water on some evenings—likely due to high usage at peak times. The evening entertainment was disappointing; it only lasted about half an hour and was of poor quality, although this may have been influenced by the off-season timing.
The biggest letdown was the food. Unfortunately, it was the worst I’ve experienced on holiday. While I didn’t get sick, the meals were very bland and lacked variety. There was only one fish option available, and it was not enjoyable. Overall, the food was tasteless and not something I looked forward to.
Another issue was the location. The photos suggest the hotel is near the beach, but in reality, it is not as close as advertised, which was quite misleading.
In summary, while the hotel has some strong points—particularly the rooms, staff, and pool area—the poor food, weak evening entertainment, and misleading location make it difficult to fully recommend.
4th time back to our lovely little gem of a hotel, the staff are a credit to hotel. I think the food was better lunch time then Evening . I loved the abundance of strawberrys , and enjoyed the chicken strips better then KFC.
This is the only 4* I go to and find it's as good as many 5* My only moan is the quite pool which I always use I wish it was ADULTS ONLY ,in the 10 days I was there we did have a few screaming kids which caused a few raised eyebrows.its not kids fault as just enjoying the pool .But if management just had sign changed to adult only would be perfect. The other pool is what if you like music and fun is there for you to enjoy ,let the other one be for the older and us that want peace and quiet.
I have added a few of the lovely staff
We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms, while slightly dated, were spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable - which is always a big win when you’re away.
A special mention to George, our cleaner, who was a genuinely lovely man, and kept our room in perfect condition throughout our stay.
He even made an effort to find me on our last day, when I left an expensive pair of sunglasses in the room after checking out.
Food-wise, breakfast and lunch were definitely our favourite mealtimes.
A big shoutout to the omelette chef, who was fantastic every morning.
Evening meals always had plenty of choice - you would never go hungry, even if some dishes varied in quality.
Service really stood out across the hotel. Mina was always on hand at lunch and dinner making sure our glasses were topped up - such a friendly and attentive guy.
The animation team, Kyla, Joe and Maro were great fun, and really made an effort to get everyone involved.
We especially loved the table tennis tournaments! Their afternoon music choices also created a great atmosphere around the pool.
Akram at the “noisier” pool bar was an absolute star - constantly on the go and working incredibly hard, always with a smile.
Nino, one of the front of house staff, was really helpful and cheery - always happy to help, even with the silliest of requests
Overall, a great stay made even better by the people.
We would happily return - probably again later this year!
Stay her for a week with friends had a lovely time staff make you feel very welcome room a little dated but clean food was good pools not to cold drinks ok could have more choice big shout out to kyla on entetainment really made our holiday special and the barman by the pool even had oir drinks floating across to us in the pool would defenatly return well done to all the staff that make thos a special place
Lovely clean hotel, staff were all really friendly and helpful. Food was a bit bland, but never went hungry, entertainment was not the best, however, we was out of season. Our shower was cold on an evening, and was informed on the last day this could be turned up, i never brought it to anyone's attention, so no fault of the hotel.
The gentlemen on the quiet pool was definitely our favorite!
all in all had a great time.
Had a fantastic stay at this resort - Staff were so friendly, they become your second family! Lots to do outside too which is included!
Special mention to the bar staff and Ibrahim at the Indian restaurant for lively food and all for taking such good care of us ❤️🫶🏼
What can i say i love this place, its our second time there and the staff our amazing. The rooms clean and spacious for a family of 4, Our balcony backed on to the kids park which was amazing for the evening time. The food was good and had a good choice. The pool staff at the entertainment pool were amazing and so good with the kids. Everything was so clean and looked after. The entertainment team was out of this world just a shame the kids club was open longer ... The evening entertainment was good could be a bit longer but the Shisha bar was brilliant it is an extra charge but about 2 pound ish - I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back soon
We have stayed here many times, and this was no exception as to the enjoyment. Friendly staff, good food, fabulous weather.... what more can you ask for. Some reviews don't rate the food, but honestly, what do people expect? The grounds always look lovely. We are looking forward already to going back.
We returned for 10th time for another fantastic holiday at this hotel where there are too many wonderful people to mention
Recently returned from our 4th visit to this amazing hotel. Staff are absolutely amazing, each and everyone of them, 100% their best asset. It's not the biggest hotel but this suits us as makes it so much more friendly, you definitely get to know everyone. The rooms are spotless, yes perhaps a little dated but absolutely comfortable to stay in. The bars are amazing with the super hardworking bar staff who always look after you, just remember to be polite! Food, lots of people criticise the food but no complaints from us, if you can't find something to eat in the huge variety on offer at each and every meal, you must be the fussiest of eaters, the chefs will go out of their way to accommodate you anyway, you only have to ask. We ate at Nathan's upstairs trying the Indian and the Mongolian both delicious. Thank you to Mr Habib and the whole staff for a wonderful holiday yet again.
Animation are ever changing Alina and Karim thank you for your dedication and a huge thank you to Deborah van der Donk for the fabulous stretching and yoga sessions. See you next year
6 of us have just got back, never having been to Egypt before. This is review is therefore non biased and balanced. The hotel staff are brilliant all very friendly and welcoming ,as others have said they make this hotel. The location is not great if you like to go out and have a wander there are a few supermarkets close by but ,they really are not worth going out for. The hotel itself is kept very clean ,the toilets in public areas are immaculate with a member of staff present at the lobby ones permanently cleaning them, the grounds are also immaculate with gardeners working tirelessly. We had a room.around the quiet pool.which backed on to the evening entertainment tent, this was fine as long as you were.not in your room.between 7pm and 9pm.as the room.vibrated with the noise! If you want to stay around the hotel in the evenings there are no real outdoor seating areas so everyone ends up in the hotel lobby which is ok for a night or two but not all week, evening entertainment is very very poor ,nobody goes to watch it . Food is ok ,there were plenty of options sometimes tasty sometimes not, out of our party of 6 half of us fell ill, we had all been very careful about food choices and hand sanitisation, I am now on day 4 and we are both still suffering, there were others who also fell ill in the hotel we had all been careful and have no idea where we got the bugs from. All in all we had a decent time coral beach is ace for snorkeling, sandy beach is not worth going.would we come back sadly not, I just could not deal with this sickness again.
Myself & 4 others aged 40-70 stayed here for a week in Feb. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, rooms were a great size & had plenty of amenities.
The food, although repetitive, was delicious & plenty of it. The AI drinks are the standard offering, but I found the rum & brandy tasted the same?
The only thing lacking is evening entertainment. By 10pm the lobby is pretty empty and everyone seemed to go off to bed.
Daytime entertainment was good and the team were fab. Nagi and Deborah especially. Deborah was new to the entertainment team and only arrived a few days before we flew home. What a credit she is to the hotel…kind, hilarious & couldn't do enough for you! She absolutely made our last few days amazing!
I would definitely return to this hotel & would really hope Deborah is still there as she’s a credit to the hotel :)
We’ve been to this hotel many times before but just wanted to state We had the most incredible stay at Xperience St. George Home Stay in Sharm El Sheikh. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel so welcome. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was beautiful, and the food was amazing (seriously… we may need a diet after this holiday!).
But the biggest shoutout has to go to Deborah from the animation team. Deborah isn’t just good at her job — she is the life and soul of the place. Her energy, humour, and kindness made every day more fun. Whether it was getting everyone involved, making us laugh, or just checking in to make sure we were having the best time, she went above and beyond every single day.
By the end of the holiday she didn’t feel like a rep, she felt like a friend. The hotel is lucky to have her — she’s an absolute credit to the animation team and honestly one of the reasons our holiday was so unforgettable.
Thank you to everyone at Xperience St. George Home Stay for such a special trip. We came for the sunshine but stayed for the people… and maybe the unlimited food too!
The 1 star is for close to the airport
Seriously guys the food is SHOCKING 😌 infact i'd say its the worse food i've had on any holiday.
Nothing is labelled (salads desserts etc) you just have to take a guess & hope for the best !!
I am currently throwing up from both ends & never felt so ill...
I was'nt expecting 5 stars but even the basics.
The hotel has lovely pools & its about the only good thing i have to say
