Me pasaron a una suite Las 607, que tenía
un SOFA en muy mal estado la puerta del baño en pésimo estado mirando de frente el inodoro a la derecha. Había un tornillo sobresaliente con el cual casi me corto el pie. La bañera tiene como unas tachas, que son muy muy molestas para los pies.
Una habitación bastante regular para abajo
Otro problema es que no tiene cochera. La cochera está a 100 m. Además que uno tiene que ir y abrir y cerrar el portón los fines de semana.

Llegamos cansados a Tucumán para disfrutar de 1 noche de hotel. No es barato, pero tiene buena ubicación. Pero lamentablemente el agua de la ducha del baño salía tibia. El conserje nos recomendó esperar un poco para bañarnos, así que salimos a cenar y al regreso tampoco tuvimos suerte con la temperatura de la ducha. No mejoró nunca y la respuesta de los empleados fueron intentos inútiles de solucionar un problema que parece que los tiene acostumbrados. En ningún momento ofrecieron una compensación. Pagamos por un servicio que no brindaron, con lo cual nos tendrían que haber compensado económicamente

Buena estancia. Se aprovechan de los precios. Pésimo servicio en booking.

El desayuno podría haber estado mucho mejor para el nivel de hotel. Pero "zafaba"

Booking ofrece una publicación "confusa" o "engañosa". Hice mi búsqueda para 4 huéspedes y al llegar al hotel me cobraron otra cosa porque se supone que NO tiene booking la autorización para ofrecer para 4 sino para 2. Yo iba con mis hijos. Elegí ese por la promo y el blackfriday, al final llegué y me cobraron lo que quisieron. Ya eran las 22 hs como para cambiarme de hotel. El estacionamiento es aparte, me cobraron estadía, sin embargo el checkout fue a las 12 y retiré el auto a las 13.30 pero me cobraron 1 hora más xq la "estadía" termina con el checkout del hotel.
Así no son las cosa muchachos!!!
