Colazione varia e abbondante,
La stanza assegnataci era vetusta come arredamento con carta da parati alle pareti, moquette al pavimento (decisamente troppo datata e poco igienica), bordo letto in ecopelle tutta spellata, bagno cieco e senza aerazione. Non era presente inoltre un frigobar in camera
Piscina al di sotto delle aspettative; rispetto agli anni passati l'acqua era fredda, non erano disponibili tisane calde (come una volta) ma solo un'acqua fredda aromatizzata con lime e menta da servire su bicchieri di plastica anzichè di vetro. La zona welness (buona una volta) ora necessita di migliorie e restauri.
Cena servita troppo presto (18,30 cena di gala!).
Strada di accesso all'Hotel decisamente troppo buia la sera (presenti dei lampioni privati, una volta accesi, ma ora spenti)
Trattamenti preferenziali riservati solo ad alcuni ospiti e non a tutti (presenza di un cane nella zona ristorante vietata agli altri ospiti)

Zelo prijazno osebje, čudovit in pozoren odnos do gostov, izvrstna kulinarika z najvišjo možno oceno, ki jo redko kje srečaš in doživiš ob imenitni postrežbi. Skratka hotel udobja in uživanja, ki ga lahko iskreno priporočam.

A wonderful place to stay — we have nothing but positive things to say about it! We were completely satisfied in every respect: the accommodation was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and the surroundings were lovely. The hospitality was warm and attentive, which made our entire stay very enjoyable.
I would especially like to highlight the kitchen, which was simply fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It is clear that great attention is paid to quality and flavor. The only small suggestion would be to improve the coffee, as it could be a little tastier.
Overall, we highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Breakfast buffet was outstanding, quality of food overall, friendly staff, lots of nice details, pool, beautiful views, and good location.
Unfortunately, during a heat wave, It was a bit too warm in our rooms with no fan or AC, and the WiFi was slow or not working in our rooms.
Vřelost, se kterou jsme se setkali v tomto hotelu byla neuvěřitelná! Navíc krásné prostředí a úžasná kuchyně. Celou dobu o nás bylo krásně pečováno. Děkujeme ♥️

Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut, das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und die Lebensmittel immer frisch und appetitlich angerichtet. Genauso das Salatbuffet.
Eine besondere Erwähnung verdient das gesamte Personal, das super aufmerksam, schnell und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, sehr professionell und freundlich ist.
Unsere Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.
Im Saunabereich könnte man vielleicht noch etwas nachbessern. ( Mich persönlich hat dort die Helligkeit gestört, vielleicht könnte man durch eine leichte Verdunkelung eine etwas intimere Atmosphäre schaffen.)
Bilo je veliko bolje kot sva pričakovala. Okusni zajtrki, popoldanske malice in vsak večer izredno okusne večerje, enkrat tedensko (ob torkih) pa šest hodna gala večerja. Avto sva lahko parkirala v garaži, je za vse goste gratis. Osebje izredno prijazno. Tudi čistoča je bila vedno ok. Zelo všeč so nama bile tudi velike sončne terase.
