Pouco confortável e exige muito deslocamento para os pontos turísticos.
Pros:

Os horário do café da manhã e tamanho do quarto. O café da manhã é bom, embora não tenha muita variedade. E o local do café é amplo e espaçoso.

Cons:

O serviço de quarto é péssimo, não arrumam nem as camas direito. Jogam as toalhas na cama. Vale a pena trocar o serviço de quarto pelas moedinhas pra tomar café na recepção. Além disso, quem faz o serviço de quarto reduz a calefação ao mínimo e quando você chega no quarto, está um frio imenso que demora bastante pra regularizar e dormimos com frio nos 2 dias que pedimos serviço de quarto.
Além disso, a parada de metrô é bem longe, nos locomovemos mais com VLT que tem duas paradas bem próximas.
A localização exige bastante deslocamento de transporte público para a parte central da cidade. Pensei que por ficar 5 dias na cidade isso não incomodaria, mas é realmente pouco prático.
A cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas que se separam quando deitamos mais no meio.
Os travesseiros são super finos.
A foto que deixei na avaliação é de como encontrei a cama "arrumada" após o serviço de quarto.

Vienna a Capodanno
Pros:

Piccolo albergo nella prima periferia, semplice ma accogliente. Si trova in una zona residenziale a pochi minuti dalla linea di tram che porta in centro o una decina di minuti dalla fermata Unter Sankt Veit del tram linea U4. In zona qualche piccolo ristorante etnico, anche italiano e greco, oltre ad un supermercato Billa a 5 minuti a piedi, una caffetteria e altri negozi. Proprio accanto al supermercato c'è il parcheggio con cui sono convenzionati che ci ha permesso di pagare 6€ al giorno, prezzo veramente conveniente visti i prezzi in Austria e la difficoltà di parcheggio in genere. L'accoglienza è stata molto garbata e ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per parcheggio e spostamenti. Qualche gradino all'ingresso della struttura e ascensore un po' piccolino ma la stanza ampia e con moquette, ambiente caldo con regolatori su ciascun calorifero. Arredi un po' agèe ma funzionali, letto molto comodo anche se i cuscini sono piccolini. Bagno ristrutturato con doccia molto comoda e completo di tutto il necessario. Colazione principalmente salata ma sono sempre presenti pane e marmellata o cioccolato, yogurt e cereali. C'era anche qualche merendina tipo muffin. La sala colazioni è piccolina ma ricordo che la ragazza era continuamente attenta al rifornimento del buffet e a sgombrare i tavoli.

Cons:

L'hotel è solo un po' datato, forse ci vorrebbe una rinfrescata agli ambienti ma del resto ci siamo trovati bene ed è una buona soluzione per visitare Vienna anche stando fuori dal centro.

Pretty cool place
Pros:

Great location for the price, clean and a bit tasteful. Things work. Hanging the "do not disturb" sign on the door meant I really wasn't woken up by door knocks or such, ever.
The receptionists gave me two free tokens for the coffee machine, which also dispenses vanilla milk and cocoa milk. This happened twice. I tried paying for them, but they wouldn't take my money. Apparently the machine works with 2€ coins, apart from the hotel tokens.
When I checked in, I was told it's their policy to give me a bigger room, if it's available. So I slept in a double room, I think, having booked a single room.

In the bathroom, there was one of those nuclear-powered hairdryer that women probably prefer using, looking like it can start a small tropical storm. It was connected to a dual-voltage socket, like decades ago - the socket could apparently provide both 110V and 220V.

Breakfast is decent and it doesn't cost much. They don't have 5000 types of foods and drinks, but what they do have is good quality. The only thing I think they should have is egg omelette. They do have a sort of diced boiled egg with some sauce, probably meant to be spread on toasted bread. They also have boiled eggs.

Cons:

There isn't much to complain about. The tub in the shower was a little clogged and the paint slightly worn off in a few places, but that's not going to stop me from showering or booking a room there.

Es wahr ei schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut, das Bett wahr auch sehr gut zum schlafen. Es war einfach sehr toll.
