Very clean. Hot water. Friendly staff- speak English. Comfortable bed and AC. Mini fridge and tea kettle in room with mugs and plates which was convenient.

Monica at Nativa Apartments is a rare and precious gem. Her care, her attention, her generosity, and her warm heart made my whole stay in Iquitos. I even got to tagalong on an animal rescue mission with her! She made me feel right at home as a solo female traveller, and it was such a breeze communicating online and verbally since she speaks perfect English. Muchas gracias, Monica! I hope to stay with you again.

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay in Iquitos. Nice rooms with everything you would need. Very close to everything with restaurants and shopping and the river within walking distance. Monica and her staff are super friendly and accommodating and also speak English. I highly recommend staying here.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms. Free tea. Staff only speaks Spanish though, so if you can't speak the language, I highly recommend a translator app.

We had a great experience here. A private secure building that was tastefully decorated. The staff did so much for us. Laundry service, arranged taxis, arranged excursions, etc. This place is highly recommended by us.

The owner Moinica and staff are wonderful, ready to assist and answer any question. The rooms are very nice, clean and the AC is a plus in the hot humid climate.

Everyone was very nice. The place was clean. Good location. If I had one negative it would be a little bit of dogs barking in the morning, but it didn't last very long. Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely stay again.

Monica & Juana and the other staff are the sweetest group in the world. It is in the safe area and a 5 minute walk from many restaurants, 7 minutes to the plaza de armas and probably 10 minutes to the malecon. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is excellent, and I loved that they have a microwave and mini-fridge in the room and a kettle (but no stove). The price was excellent and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone going to Iquitos.

The hotel had the necessities such as clean, comfortable bed, good location. The staff were very friendly but I was feeling constantly pressured to book tours through them, from the first moment that I arrived.
Other than that, I enjoyed my three nights there. I appreciated being able to make cups of tea in my room with the complimentary herbal teas in the reception area.

The only thing I didn't like was that there were no TV stations in English.

Perfect location. Clean, safe and they took great care of us arranging transport, suggesting restaurants, finding us drivers to visit the t ok we. Cannot find enough wonderful things to say about Nativa. Will always stay here when visiting Iquitos. Excellent!

I really enjoyed staying at the Nativa Apartment , the owner Monica was extremely friendly and helpful, she and her staff made me feel part of the family. She also organised an excellent 2 day trip up the Amazon to Muyuna Lodge which was amazing.

The staff at Nativa will go so far beyond the call of duty to help you maximize your time in Iquitos and comfort at Nativa. Monica speaks perfect English if you need it, and the entire staff welcomes you like you are family. It's more expensive than a hostel, but you get comfort and amenities that are more of a sigh of relief in Iquitos than in other places for a fraction of the cost of spacious comfort elsewhere in Peru. It's a short walk to La Plaza, and they will help you arrange everything else you could imagine from the hotel at a reasonable price. These air conditioned rooms in a family-oriented hostel are a beautifully welcomed comfort to those venturing into the Amazon (or whatever else brings you to Iquitos). You also meet a lot of good people doing volunteer work here; this seems to be where they all stay. Couldn't recommend more!

Room is nice, clean and big. The people who work here is very nice. Monica was very helpful with all the questions than I have. I highly recomend this place.

Monica and her staff keep the apartments very clean. They are also very friendly and accommodating. The owner Monica can speak English very well which was a added bonus. She also planned private trips for me to see the rivers and the many other wonders of Peru at a fraction of the price the tour operators were charging. She also knew the best places to eat, the best beaches, the best methods of transportation and how much it should cost. She even gave me ride to a bus station for a trip we planned for me on her motorcycle. The place is very secure and you never have to worry about anything going missing. She even stored a lot of my cloths and unnecessary items for me while I spent a week in the jungle backpacking. She also exchanges money at great rates so you don't have to deal with the banks.I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at Nativa for one night before going to one of the Amazon jungle lodges. The owner and staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave. Nativa is about five minutes walk from the main plaza and another couple of blocks to the Malecon on the waterfront.
