2.晚班的服務人員態度超級好！我們提早到飯店有寄放東西，checkin後還親自將東西送到房間。
3.離北車很近，旁邊有全家超商很方便，早上對面有一排早餐店很棒！
4.晚間22:00-早上6點有提供泡麵。

立地がまず最高です。台北駅からほぼ濡れずに移動でき、周りにおいしい店やマッサージ店も多い。スタッフは親切で丁寧。雨天の際は傘も貸してくれました。無料のコーヒーやお菓子、カップラーメンもあり、サービスが良いです。人気がある阜杭豆漿の朝ごはんをデリバリーできたことも並ばずに楽しめて良かったところです。

We had such a wonderful stay here and truly cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We actually moved to this hotel after leaving another one in Taipei because the level of cleanliness there was not what we expected. Coming here was the best decision we could have made. The rooms were absolutely spotless every single day — truly impeccable. Huge compliments to the housekeeping team for their amazing work.

From the very first moment, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Abbey at the front desk, who was especially kind, warm, and helpful — though honestly, the entire team was fantastic. They even provided us with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival so we could have more space, which we truly appreciated. The level of customer service is exceptional and genuinely heartfelt. They also contacted us after checkout because we had forgotten a charger in the room — something we hadn’t even realized ourselves. That kind of thoughtfulness truly goes above and beyond.

We also loved the complimentary extras like the free ramen and coffee — such a thoughtful touch and so appreciated after long days exploring.

The location is amazing: just 2 minutes away from Taipei Main Station and right next to a mall, which makes everything incredibly convenient. Plus, there is a FamilyMart literally as you step out the hotel door.

Overall, this hotel made our stay extra special thanks to the people who work there. If you’re visiting Taipei, this is truly a place where you’ll feel at home.
