Pros:

Helpful and welcoming staff, especially Abby on night duty who, after answering some questions from us, kindly left us a wonderful note with recommendations for food and activities. Comfortable bed. Free laundry room and snacks on the second floor.

Cons:

The room was tiny, however we did know this from reading reviews prior to our stay. We travel light (small duffle bag each) and it was ok. Good for solo or very light travellers .

Great location and staff - excellent value
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the location excellent and the included snacks and drinks a real bonus. We were impressed from check in to checkout and being able to catch up on the laundry was great. I booked a bigger room with a balcony and we had enough space and a great bathroom.

Wonderful stay and experience, enhanced by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
Pros:

It’s very clean. There are washing machines and dryers available at the property for quick and effective laundry.
Also the location is really good. Super close to the main station and a lot of other amenities.
Best of all, the staff was amazing and super helpful. We really appreciated their support for our booking. Thanks to Nina and team. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Taipei.

Cons:

The room is quite small and the window in the elite room is actually facing a wall.

フレンドリーなスタッフさん、エレガンスダブルだったからかもしれないが部屋の広さ、清潔さ、設備

Cons:

他の部屋からか？外からか？よく分からなかったが、ヒトの話し声が丸聞こえ。全く防音が効いてない。2泊したが2晩ともうるさくて不快だった。

Good place if you want to be close to the main station and metro to the airport.
Pros:

Location was good if you want to be in the centre of the action. Close to Train Station and metro. Very busy area. Close to shopping and food choices.

Cons:

Room was small and it was expensive for what it was. No room to put 2 suitcases and still move freely. I guess you're paying for the convenience of being close to the main station.
