عدم احترام اول ما وصلت و صعب التواصل معهم قبل الوصول للفندق و لا يوجد تنظيف الغرفة يوميا فقط اذا انت قلت و السرير قاسي جدا كانك تنام على الارض و قلت ذالك لهم و لم يهتمو انا بالنسبة لي انه اسوء فندق رايته

I stayed at this hotel for 3 night.

The location is good, near the Yarmouk university, main street, grocery store. Its convinient.

The hotel staff was kind.

The room I stayed was spacious.
But toilet and shower horse were broken, and hot water wasnt hot enough.

All things considerd, this hotel is worth staying, I think.

Great place especially considering the price
Pros:

The place was good, clean, people were always smiling. I did not eat there. They offered a free upgrade from single room to double room but the Internet signal was not high. The manager, himself, came and offered a new room and in 10 min I was comfortable and enjoying my high speed internet. I requested the ironing of 4 items: in 20 min it was done and during checkout the price was $4. He even tried to give if for free but I did not accept. In summary I cannot complain, the place was good.

I asked for a taxi to the border. The receptionist proposed 50 JDs, while I knew it was only 15. I finaly paid only 20.

Not a bad hotel for Irbid.
Pros:

Not a bad hotel for Irbid. Rooms clean but quite small but en suite bathroom and with A/C. Walls are thin. Restaurant disappointingly not open in the evening for guests to eat, as taken over by non guests (?) for smoking nargile and backgammon. Breakfast ok, but no real coffee. Otherwise, an option that I would recommend and better than Al Joude.
