Rapporto qualità prezzo basso
Cons:

Ho soggiornato una sola notte, pagando 230 € per una camera assolutamente normale, con colazione inclusa.
Trattandosi dell’hotel delle terme, ho dato per scontato – come credo qualunque cliente – che l’accesso alle terme fosse incluso nel prezzo, soprattutto considerato il costo elevato della stanza.

All’arrivo mi è stato comunicato che l’ingresso alle terme era a pagamento (31 € a persona). Informazione corretta, ma che a mio avviso avrebbe dovuto essere chiarissima già in fase di prenotazione, evitando equivoci del tutto legittimi per una struttura che si presenta come hotel termale.

La colazione era del tutto normale, nulla di particolare o all’altezza del prezzo richiesto: corretta, ma assolutamente non memorabile.

Le terme sono aperte anche alla clientela esterna, non solo agli ospiti dell’hotel, e questo incide pesantemente sull’esperienza:
• piscine estremamente affollate;
• presenza di bambini in piscina fino alle 22, poco compatibile con l’idea di relax che ci si aspetta da una struttura termale di questo livello;
• sauna con un fortissimo odore di gas, davvero sgradevole.

Nel complesso, rapporto qualità/prezzo deludente e comunicazione poco trasparente rispetto a ciò che ci si aspetta da un hotel termale. Per quello che si paga, mi aspettavo un’esperienza decisamente diversa.

Potrebbe essere curato meglio in certi aspetti
Pros:

La gentilezza e professionalità dello staff, Sopratutto dei camerieri.
Il cibo appetitoso.

Cons:

L'arredamento della stanza e la sua dimensione.. troppo piccola e attaccata ad un'altra. Si sentiva tutto e alle terme non sarebbe il caso, si va per rilassarsi non per fare parte dell'altra stanza pur stando nella propria.
