La gentilezza di tutto lo staff!

Cons:

Troppo anticato, le pareti del bagno presentavano la vernice scrostata, il materasso era durissimo e i cuscini quasi inesistenti per lo spessore molto ridotto. Ci sono voluti ben 3 cuscini e un topper per poter riposare bene.
La camera era minuscola e aredo lasciava tanto desiderare. Il bar/frigo era fornito con due bottiglie da 1l di acqua, 2 succhi di frutta e una coca cola da 33cl in lattina. La chiave 🔑 era proprio al antica con un pesantissimo logo dell'albergo. Non so se sono anche camere con la chiave elettronica! Io non le ho viste alla reception.
Comparato il prezzo della stanza con prezzi delle suite degli alberghi a 5 stelle, e non 4 stelle come Petrarca, il prezzo differiva da 30-50 € alla stanza, però era tutto un altro livello! Questa era una stanza matrimoniale e le altre erano suite a 5 stelle.
Sicuramente non prenoterò più sui siti tipo Booking ed compagnia perché non ho potuto cambiare l'albergo dopo la prima notte. La penale era pagamento di tutto il soggiorno, che non mi sembra corretto.

Pros:

The location was excellent..near golf course and within walking distance of restaurants.

Cons:

As tourists, the property rules were not made clear to us from the beginning so we were constantly corrected and in the wrong at this location.

NOT a place for young families.
Ideal for seniors.
Bring your own pillows, unless extra firm is your style (we slept without the pillows).

Cons:

La camera compreso il bagno. Che sia tutto datato non è un problema, ma quando non c'è pulizia e cura dà fastidio. Ragnatele al soffitto,muri da imbiancare, bagno senza aspiratore, poca luce naturale e lampade a 20 candele...triste triste. Mettiamo sempre in conto che le foto su Booking sono create ad arte per lusingare il cliente, ma trovare anche poca pulizia non va bene.

Pulizia della camera superficiale. La struttura è datata con dei tentativi di ammodernamento ma poco armoniosi e di qualità mediocre. Non è da 4 stelle.

Personale sala colazione molto gentile . Le piscine sono tutte belle per carità. Ma nel 2026 non puoi dare delle camere

Le piscine e la posizione dell’hotel ( centralissima )

Cons:

La camera che ci hanno dato era completamente dalle foto della prenotazione . Bagno molto vecchio e all’arrivo trovato water non pulito. 206 euro non era assolutamente il valore della camera assegnata ( tra l’altro con vista parcheggio). Colazione varia ma di qualità mediocre.

Hotel + ingresso piscina
Pros:

Soggiorno + ingresso piscina + posto auto. Rifugio per chi vuole scappare dallo stress del lavoro. La doccia bella grande, balcone, letto comodissimo e biancheria morbida e profumata. Le piscine con bagnoturco e sauna pulite, non troppo affollate anche se era Sabato e lo staff del chiosco sempre molto gentile e col sorriso.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dies trifft allerdings nicht auf alle Mitarbeiter der Rezeption zu.
Ich habe die Reise über Booking gebucht.
Für den vier wichtigen Aufenthalt habe ich im voraus ca. 8000 Euro gezahlt.
Am nächsten Tag fiel mir auf, dass ich irrtümlich ein Zweibettzimmer mit Frühstück gebucht hatte. Darauf hin schrieb ich Booking an und bat um Umwandlung in ein Einbettung.
Ich wurde an das Hotel verwiesen. Das Hotel lehnte meine Bitte schroff ab.
Auf meinen Wunsch erstellte mir das Hotel eine Rechnung drüber, was ich hätte bezahlen müssen, wenn ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hätte. Der Betrag belief sich auf ca. 4000 Euro. An Nebenkosten waren ca. 3300 Euro entstanden. Insofern hätte ich ein Guthaben von ca. 700 Euro haben müssen.
Die Rezeption lehnte diese Vorgehensweise ab und verlangte von mir die Zahlung von €3300 EURO. Den Betrag habe ich bezahlt und werde den Vorgang meinem Rechtsanwalt zur weiteren Klärung übergeben.

Area piscine molto grande con diverse vasche tra cui un' olimpionica.
Molto carina l'area per bambini con giochi d'acqua.
Possibilità di pranzare/cenare nei 2 bar in area piscina.
Colazione varia servita a buffet.

Cons:

La struttura e'molto grande dove c'è anche un discreto afflusso da parte di utenza che non alloggia all'hotel; questo rende l'esperienza un pò caotica.
Pulizia della camera rivedibile.
