The Hotel delivered to me a great service, and I definately plan to stay at the facility, soon.
Pros:

I did not take breakfast. On the first morning, I needed to rest, and on subsequent days my meetings at another venues were starting quite early. However, I was pleased to know breakfast was available, if needed.

Clyde was a great host at the front desk.

Cons:

on one of the days, a house lizard fell off the curtain as I was closing the curtains in the room. I do realize that these stubborn creepies can be ubiquitous at times. But the hotel could perhaps think of a plan to manage this sort of thing. Small creatures in a room can cause a great deal of distress for certain types of guests.

The staff are very friendly especially clide,he was very helpful, and I like the location .The room was okay and clean..downside, no fridge or microwave in the room.

Pros:

I always love too stay here, the staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. I love how they have breakfast in the morning and they also washed my clothes perfectly. I loved my room, I paid just a tiny bit extra and got the best room with both views of the racetrack and the surrounding mountains. It always feels like home when I am there. Thankyou so much too everybody and cannot wait until my next return! Merci Beaucoup, Louise

Cons:

The only thing is many years ago they had the option of a small lunch, and a sit down dinner which unfortunately they don't have any more, I use too Love these options and the food was always delicious! I hope in time that they include this option again.

Pros:

Good location, but the property is not worth to what we pay for. Receptionist (lady) is very rude. I'd suggest to train her on how to treat the customers. Her behaviour is like guests come there for free.

ホテルスタッフがとても親切。
競馬場が前。馬の練習を見た。😊街と田舎の境！近場の食堂😊路線バスでぐるりと回り本来の人々の姿を見た！
