Hotel à moderniser.
Pros:

Le personnel très disponible et serviable à l'accueil et au service.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner très moyen ( mais déjà signalé dans différents forums concernant l'hotel).
De plus le soir de notre arrivée , nous avons commandé un gratin de fruits de mer ( surtout composé de petites crevettes et poisson baignant dans beaucoup de béchamel) mais sans les frites et la salade qui devait l'accompagné.
La personne qui gérait la salle ce soir là avec beaucoup d'assurance n'a pas réapparu de la semaine donc pas moyen de discuter avec elle dans le calme .

The hotel was very central. All the Staff were very helpful. For a vegetarian the meal was good.

Cons:

This hotel was below the standard of a UK Travelodge. The bathroom had dangerous steps. Breakfast had decent flasked coffee. The location was in a dead zone; rat infested streets with wild dogs roaming. Nearest western standard restaurant 15 minutes walk away. Everyone where I worked said how safe Port Louis was but I should avoid being out after 10pm to avoid druggies and pimps. But the killer was the terrible WiFi. Non viable so I checked out on Tuesday rather than Sunday.

I didn’t eat breakfast. Room was clean, sparse but I didn’t need much for 1 night

Great location. Great service. No frills space.
Pros:

This hotel met my expectations. It’s a no frills location close to all the things to see in Port Louis. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While the rooms are a little frumpy it was nice to have access to a refrigerator. The AC worked great too. The included breakfast wasn’t anything special but it’s nice to have it as an option.

Pros:

Friendly helpful and professional staff. I look forward to a return visit!
