Uçağımız rötar yaptığı için normal chek-in saatinden tam 8 saat önce otele vardık. Otel full olmasına rağmen bir oda boş

Tesisin personeli yardımsever odalar eski olmasına rağmen tertemiz biz hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık, konumu iyi denebilecek bir yerde Farsha Cafe’ye taksiyle 7 dakika.
Genel olarak memnun kaldık

Cons:

Resepsiyon kısmında çok fazla sivrisinek vardı, ve odalara konan içme suları daha büyük boyutta olabilir

Hotel con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e situato in una buona posizione. La camera era pulita e dotata di ogni cosa. Eventuali piccoli problemi sono stati risolti velocemente dallo staff. Ci siamo divertiti in piscina con l'animazione, la musica, le attività messe a disposizione come ping pong, biliardo, palle per la piscina, ecc.. spettacoli alla sera molto esilaranti. Dello staff ringraziamo Ashraf Mostafa all'accoglienza per le valigie, Ayman Shawke, della reception, che ci ha dato la possibilità di fermarci l'ultimo giorno avendo l'aereo alla sera tardi, gli animatori che sono stati coinvolgenti senza essere insistenti, Ahmed Abd Alnby della reception per la sua disponibilità e simpatia, Ibrahim Emad al bar della piscina, molto bravo e simpatico, Elsayed Nagy il bagnino della piscina che consegnava anche gli asciugamani, estremamente gentile e disponibile. E un grazie speciale va a Costa, responsabile delle pubbliche relazioni, per la sua professionalità, simpatia, disponibilità, cordialità, per averci aiutato e supportato in ogni situazione.
Per il cibo, abbiamo trovato alcuni piatti molto buoni e saporiti, il resto nella media degli standard degli hotel in Egitto.
Ci siamo trovati comunque molto bene. Grazie

Se devo trovare qualcosa di negativo, per il cibo direi i dolci e, a volte il pesce o pollo crudi all'interno.
La pizza va beh, diversa rispetto a quella a cui siamo abituati noi italiani, ma comunque, va bene.
E due persone dello staff che non si sono comportate bene, hanno avuto un atteggiamento poco cordiale e professionale.

Struttura molto bella, servizi giusti per in hotel 4 stelle, cucina tipica super buona.
