It was clean and staff was so friendly

Costa veramente caro,
La struttura è un po' vecchia, e soprattutto lontana dal mare, ci sono i bus per andare, ma perde un po' la poesia

The resort location is good, close to the old market and many other places. The beach was good but we had to go by the shuttle. the staff are very helpful, they do their best to make guests happy and satisfied. The food is good with good variety and quality. The reception, the restaurant, and the customer relations teams we all brilliant. I will definitely recommend

Il Dive Inn è un posto dove ci si sente in famiglia. Si è coccolati, sono attenti ad ogni esigenza (in particolare Costa e Mohammed della reception, che sono stati spettacolari). Siamo stati accolti da sorrisi, disponibilità, attenzioni..tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Animazione simpatica e non opprimente, con Mustafa che ci ha fatto divertire tantissimo. Un encomio particolare va ai ragazzi del bar della piscina, soprattutto Mohammed e Ibrahim, che ci rimarranno nel cuore. Informazioni utili: alcoolici sempre disponibili fino alle 23 al bar della piscina, Old Sharm raggiungibile dal taxi (con postazione direttamente in hall) in pochi minuti (chiedete di Aziz, è stato un tesoro a portarci ovunque a prezzi veramente onesti), escursioni prenotabili direttamente sul posto (un ragazzo ci ha proposto la motorata nel deserto a prezzi onesti). Cibo: abbiamo mangiato benissimo! Sebbene la scelta non sia varia, si può scegliere sempre un secondo di pesce e diverse portate di carne. Non si rischia di rimanere a digiuno!

C'est un hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix, qualité par le fait que les services sont présents piscine jacuzzi prêt de serviettes,i chambre climatisée bar en All in et buffet varié avec show cooking et gauffres/ crêpes le matin
Personnels très sympa ( parle anglais, hôtel international Russe/italien en nombre)
Service de navette pour deux plages.

Food is delicious, cookies and barbeque are cooked very professionally, there is allways something exceptional and very tasty. Pool is clean and big, many sunbeds and it's easy to find a spare place.
Service at the bar also good, nice drinks and comfortable chairs and tables

A beautiful and truly wonderful resort with excellent, prompt service.

Came back to the dive inn resort again for 2 weeks roughly about the same time as last year
The food was bit repetitive but with me I’m bit boring and fussy with food and just stay with what I know with regards to the drinks for me beer is beer but each to their own the bar staff are still brilliant it was so nice to see the friendly faces again pool was good only had one lifeguard on really but last year there was two was disappointed not to see the same animation team as last year but Lindy and youseff were good worked very hard always with a smile and got you involved if you wanted the rooms are bit dated but you don’t go on holiday to stay in your room

we have just come back from a week at dive inn and although we had the best time it really did have some major downfalls

the lifeguards do not know how to do their jobs properly at all, they nearly missed 2 kids drowning, instead of watching the pools they would rather be behind the bar or collecting towels and they were so rude towards you as they could not understand a word of english

the food was a disgrace if i’m honest, very repetitive breakfast choice, lunch served outside every single day instead of being given the choice to choose from indoors and most dinnertimes the food was inedible…i can confirm i can’t look at anymore eggs, pasta, rice or chips for a while!!

the alcohol was okay…very watered down and they would just look at you if you didn’t want a lot being put in. only being given a bottle of water each in the room when it’s so hot wasn’t enough either. i would recommend taking your own alcohol with you and 1.5L water from the shop was 38 pence. they did not like it either if you asked for sprite or coke out of the bottle instead of using the pop machine, wouldn’t recommend if you have issues with water elsewhere as this is what the syrup is mixed with.

the room was nice, abit out dated but did for what we needed as we were hardly in the room.

definitely book excursions through the resort as you could barter with them - that’s what we did.
we really enjoyed our holiday as we were lucky enough to meet other people while there but the english are very outnumbered there is not alot of us around.

overall i probably wouldn’t go back as the food options are really not great at all and the alcohol isn’t great either…but on the plus side we had unbelievable weather every single day :)

It was really clean and had lots of activities the staff were really nice and the people were friendly I felt welcomed when I came in and it was a fun experience personally i would recommend this hotel to other because it’s high quality and it’s special in a good way to other hotels

The entire hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. The animation team was especially cheerful; we would like to thank Lindy for her energy and smiling face.
