Tote Fliegen unter dem Kopfpolster und auf dem Boden. Ob die Bettwäsche frisch war oder iob schon jemand in dieser Bettwäsche geschlafen hat Kaninchen nicht sagen. Vor dem Haus ein großer Parkplatz, trotzdem will er nicht daß jemand dort parkt.. Oben an der Straße ein Parkplatz für 4 Autos, jedoch alles besetzt. Der Gastgeber ein alter frustrierten Mann, unhöflich. Man hat das Gefühl die Gäste seien ihm lästig. Schön wieder abreisen zu können. Nie mehr wieder. Auch das Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen. Brot und Semmel aufgebacken, Wurst und Käse Billigwahre. Kein Obst oder dergleichen.

Pros:

Uns hat lediglich gefallen, dass es sauber war und die Zimmer geräumig.

Cons:

Der Herr des Hauses verhält sich unentwegt maßregelnd und fängt das Schimpfen und Meckern an, wenn man sich nicht Punkt 17:00 zum Check-in einfindet oder das Gästeblatt-Formular nicht sofort richtig ausgefüllt o.Ä..
Wir können es nicht empfehlen und werden keinesfalls wieder dort übernachten.

Cons:

Ein wortkager Eigentümer.
Minimal Frühstück wer sehr sehr früh Frühstück gewählt hat bekam ein Ei und Brötchen .Es wurde diese nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Man sollte sich frühzeitig um eine Reservierung zum Abendessen in der Nähe kümmern. In der Unterkunft gibt es keine Bewirtung.

Location is great, very quiet and clean . Baeautiful view from terrace overlooking the Danube. A bit of a climb, as we were biking, but worth it. Mr. Feiken was very nice and the girl serving breakfast was nice too. Breakfast only cost 5 euros, but it had a good choice of cold cuts, butter, jam, coffee and tea.

Schöner Aufenthalt zu sehr günstigem Preis
Pros:

Die Pension ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist sehr sauber und nett. Relativ große Zimmer. Die Verantwortlichen sind sehr nett und freundlich. Eine richtige Wohlfühlatmosphäre und sehr schön einmal zu entspannen. Die Lage zwischen Linz und Passau ist ideal für Ausflüge. Waren zwar nur 1 Nacht dort, kommen aber sicherlich wieder.
