Pros:

Very nice staff, room and everything. It’s very comfortable. The breakfast is good, nothing too big, but nice. Location is also pretty close to the center of the city.

Cons:

We had the shower in the room, which had little to no privacy at all, but we could also use to shared shower, which had more privacy and space.

Perfecte locatie, daar door prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Pros:

De locatie, vlakbij het Rathaus, was ideaal. Je liep zo naar het centrum. Verder een prima ontbijt.

Cons:

De kamer was veel te warm, en de douchecabine op de kamer was ook niet top.

Hotel in un palazzo storico ideale per chi intende visitare il centro storico e i suoi musei
Pros:

Hotel in una posizione eccellente di Vienna a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dal quartiere dei musei. Lo staff dell'hotel è sempre stato molto gentile e cordiale soprattutto il receptionist con cui abbiamo anche chiacchierato (cosa che in Austria non è così scontata). La camera che avevo prenotato era una camera doppia che aveva anche la doccia in camera, ma era anche presente una doccia condivisa con le altre tre camere del piano, mentre il bagno era condiviso e sempre pulito e in ordine. La stanza non era molto grande ma era ideale per un viaggio in cui la maggior parte del tempo viene trascorsa in giro per la città. La colazione era inclusa nel prezzo della camera ed era una colazione modesta, non molto varia ma nemmeno scarsa. Molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in hotel dopo il check-out senza pagare una quota aggiuntiva fino a sera quando chiude la reception.

Cons:

Siccome il palazzo è un palazzo storico le camere non sono molto moderne e non dispongono di aria condizionata quindi le stanze sono abbastanza calde, soprattutto ad agosto, anche se in generale Vienna è una città molto calda. Comunque nelle camere viene messo a disposizione un ventilatore per raffrescare un po' l'ambiente.

Pros:

Poziția față de muzee, de primărie și de parcurile centrale este foarte bună. Am avut un loc de parcare sigur in fața hotelului, la un preț pe zi modic. Micul dejun a fost generos. Am găsit restaurante senzaționale, cu atmosferă intimă pe stradă. A fost minunat.

Cons:

Lipsa wc-ului in camera este un minus.
