Wszystko było w najlepszym porządku.

Αυτό που μας ενόχλησε ήταν η εκκλησία που ήταν δίπλα μας. Κυριακή πρωί ακούσαμε όλη τη λειτουργία , λες και ήμασταν μέσα στο ναό και οι καμπάνες που άρχισαν να χτυπάνε από τις 7.00 π.μ.
Το μόνο αρνητικό ....

Breakfast was included in our stay. However, they could have told us in advance what was included in the breakfast. On the first day, even though we waited for more than 10 minutes, no one attended to us. Then breakfast arrived, but it was served with only a cup of tea or coffee. The breakfast menu was quite limited.

Everything was very good.

Une bouilloire pour se préparer un thé ou un café serait la bienvenue !

Ne pas prendre le petit déjeuner inclus! Le café de l’hôtel propose tout pour composer son petit déjeuner au même prix !

Il n y a pas de cafetière comme indiqué dans le détail du logement 🤬🤬
Il y a une fuite dans Le toilette et le placo est abîmé sur un côté droit au niveau du salon en entrant dans le logement.
Le logement malgré le nombre impressionnant de lumière manque de clarté. Je préconise une courte utilisation du lieu passage en road trip.

Le stationnement impossible en ville.
No private parking, no public parking.

Upon arrival I was directed to a completely different address from the one listed on Booking.com — a dead-end road with an abandoned building in front. The address on my booking (Daskalogianni 18) turned out to be only a reception point, something never disclosed before check-in, not mentioned anywhere in the listing, and not visible on the Booking.com description which advertises a single restored Venetian building.
When I raised the issue, the property confirmed in writing they had no availability to relocate me. I was a solo female traveler left without safe accommodation at night with zero assistance from the property.
When I pursued a formal complaint citing EU consumer law, I received a call from someone identifying themselves as a director of the hotel who attempted to pressure and threaten me into paying more than what had already been agreed with Booking.com. This is not how you treat a guest who has a legitimate complaint.

I was charged for one night only and received a partial refund for the remaining nights — but only after a full day of formal complaints, legal threats, and direct intervention by Booking.com. This should never have required this level of escalation for a legitimate consumer complaint.

The property believes they are in the right. The law disagrees. Keep all your documentation if you stay here.

La mancanza della doccia, seppure la vasca è romantica.

La camera si trovava poco distante dalla sede staccata all'hotel principale e molto vicino ad una chiesa. Le 3 campanelle della chiesa suonano molto presto al mattino. La camera non è molto insonorizzata e anche alla sera/notte rimbombano i passaggi delle auto/moto/scooter della strada principale che passa a Chania. Ho avuto parecchie difficolta con il parcheggio dell'auto prendendo oltretutto anche una multa pagata poi il giorno dopo presso il comune di Chania.
