It was home away from home
Pros:

The breakfast as this place was phenomenal! Everyday was something new and it was great whether you had time to sit and eat or you just had to grab and go! Ella took time to season and hand make their waffle mix so it was different everyday, we had cinnamon batter one day and pumpkin spice the next for the first day of fall, it was wonderful! All of the staff were cheery, helpful, went above and beyond to greet you. Room was freshly cleaned with dishes done and fresh sheets everyday by the time we returned from work. The stay was amazing. Front desk staff were always smiling, cared about us, our day and got to really make sure we were comfortable.

Pros:

The privacy of it one on the elevator was out of services but for the new year they try to make it comfortable the breakfast crew could be a little friendly on my opinion there is no way you are talking to me with attitude and taken stuff away while I’m trying to serve my self during breakfast time. I understand the time was 6-9 but the day before I was told it was 7-10 when I was coming in

The breakfast crew . Was disrespectful if I’m trying to tell you I didn’t know the time was change cause I’m I was coming in I was told the time was 7-10 not 6-9, you shouldn’t have to give me attitude and try to take food away from me and mind you I came in at 8.30 in the morning

A perfect place to settle in for a stay.
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel! Everything was amazing—the breakfast, the room, the hot tub and pool, and the staff. There was nothing to dislike!

The rooms were clean and spacious.

Cons:

Dog poop all over the place! I stepped into one after getting out of the car. Almost stepped into another one getting in the car at different location. I counted about 3-4 dog poop in the grass area next to the parking.

Pros:

I stayed for 5 days and always put in the notes to have a room that is quiet, as I’m a light sleeper. First night the hotel was full and I was moved from 4th floor to 1st right next to the entry door in the back of the hotel. Not too good for a light sleeper so I was up most of the night.
I told the general manager and I was offered another room on a higher floor. No complimentary up grade or discount, although I was clear on my needs from the beginning.
This experience was a horrible start to my trip but everything else in the hotel was great, from staff, hospitality to cleanliness of room.
I did take off a star duet my initial experience. I did not walk away feeling valued and I travel a lot.
