Excelente hotel
Pros:

Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas, bien diseñadas. La nuestra tenía cocina y aunque no la utilizamos, estaba muy bien equipada.

Cons:

La habitación daba a un espacio donde estaban los aparatos de los aires acondicionados y había cierto ruido.

Pros:

My family and I love Cory at the front desk, she was wonderful and so patient with my special needs child.
We frequent there for special occasions and Cory remembered my family. She was very welcoming, friendly and comforting with my son who had a bunch of questions. Cory is always the same every time we're there. She rocks!!

Great help from staff
Pros:

Marianne at the Front Desk helped me print out a presentation so I could rehearse. The presentation went so well that they have already asked me to come back and do another in a few months!

Cons:

I wonder why it's so hard to find a hotel in Hyde Park. This was the closest hotel that I could find.

Overall, my day was not good or bad just a few things I would have liked. I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The properties location was conveniently accessible. Cleanliness room size.

Cons:

Staff were friendly, but could be more family. The concession stand in the front is too expensive, especially for families more suggestions of things to do in the area or food options

It was home away from home
Pros:

The breakfast as this place was phenomenal! Everyday was something new and it was great whether you had time to sit and eat or you just had to grab and go! Ella took time to season and hand make their waffle mix so it was different everyday, we had cinnamon batter one day and pumpkin spice the next for the first day of fall, it was wonderful! All of the staff were cheery, helpful, went above and beyond to greet you. Room was freshly cleaned with dishes done and fresh sheets everyday by the time we returned from work. The stay was amazing. Front desk staff were always smiling, cared about us, our day and got to really make sure we were comfortable.
