Magnifique endroit de grande qualité
Pros:

Cet hôtel est une magnifique découverte ! Victoria était toujours aux petits soins avec nous, elle nous préparerait ses œufs délicieux, les produits proposés au petit-déjeuné étaient excellents, frais, locaux. Le lit était super confortable et la décoration de très bon gout !
Nous recommandons vivement ce bel établissement ! 10/10!!!!

Si vous rechercher le calme la nature la verdure et la fraicheur alors GO
Pros:

Lieu magique au calme absolu, vue incroyable sur la vallée.
Bernard le chef du petit déjeuner, fait des préparations devant vous avec amours et communication.
Un vrai poète dans les assiettes. Un beau moment de partage.
Le diner super complet très raffiner et décoration de la salle était au top.
Espace détente sauna hammam très beau et reposant

fent a hegyen, gyönyörű kiáltással, szép helyen van a kastélystílusú szálloda. nagyon sok közösségi térrel (csodálatos kert amibe egy hídon keresztül lehet eljutni, játékterek, pihenő részlegek, stb.) és maximális wellness szolgáltatással (medence, pihenők bent és kint, több féle szauna). rendkívüli reggeli élmény, családias és vendégszerető kiszolgálás. tiszta és rendezett, mindenhol mesés illat van.

Nearly perfect stay
Pros:

The food was really great at both dinner and breakfast, and staff was very friendly. The omelettes and pancakes made to order were delicious and the super friendly cook even made it enjoyable to wait in line. The hotel had great amenities, especially for the size. The spa area always had plenty of towels available and was not crowded at all. The pool area was nice, although the water could have been slightly warmer.
Ski lifts were a short drive away and there were a lot of options for hiking.
Our room was fairly spacious and had a clothesline in the shower which was extremely convenient for drying our swimming suits. There were lots of hangers in the closet and plenty of space for three people to store their clothes. The shades made it possible to keep the room fairly dark even after the sun came up (at 5:30 am).

Cons:

The bathroom lacked ventilation (a fan or a window) which meant the room sometimes smelled musty. To be clear, there was no visible mold or mildew - everything was spotless - but there was frequently a kind of damp smell in the entire room. Some mosquito netting on at least the large window would be appreciated, so it could be left open at night. When we tried to leave them open, we had a few flies enter the room.
The pillows on the beds were not that great - they seemed new but were very thin.
As many other customers have noted, paying a fairly large amount of money for tap water at dinner is annoying and feels petty. I'd much rather pay E5 more per night and have the water at the table be free.

Pros:

Ontbijt was goed, wel met ee kok, maar voor 180 euto per nacht is net oranjesaft lachwekkend.

Cons:

Met global warming in edn airoco handing of op zijn minst een ventilator. De deur wijd open was geen optie omdat buiten eten , vanwege wesp/ vlieg ook werd ontraden. Onder het laken zat een waterkerende hoes, vies/warm!

Wir verbrachten 2 wundervolle Tage im Schlössl, haben vorzüglich gegessen, wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - kommen gerne wieder

Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr familiär. Das Personal im Restaurant ist nicht nur sehr freundlich sondern auch an den Gästen interessiert und nimmt sich Zeit für persönliche Gespräche. Das Essen ist nicht nur optisch ein Highlight.

Sehr familiäres Hotel
Pros:

Das Ehepaar, das das Frühstücksbuffet betreut, ist wirklich genial. Er hat mir ganz frisch ein Rührei mit Speck zubereitet. Sie hat mir den Cappuccino gebracht. Und mit beiden zusammen hat man sich ganz toll unterhalten können.

Pros:

Daß dieses Hotel ein Familienbetrieb ist, fällt sehr angenehm auf, und macht es zu einem sehr sympathischen Betrieb. Dies findet findet man heutzutage nicht mehr oft.
Das Frühstück ist mehr als lecker. Der Koch, welcher dieses zubereitet ist stets gut gelaunt. Seine Begrüßung holt einem bereits beim beim Betreten des Speisesaals ab. Wir waren schon in einigen Hotels. Doch diese freundliche und nette Art ist mehr als ausgewöhnlich und schon deshalb einen Besuch im Schlössl wert.

Cons:

Meine Matratze war nicht mehr so extra.
