Retaj Moroni Hotel

J ai appele anvant de venir au minimul 8 fois l hôtel pour m assurer qu ils vont assurer le pick up a l aeroport et meme reponses ne quitez pas ne quitez pas pendant mes mininutes et minutes.
J ai bien precise l heure d'arriver a l aeroport par email aussi.
Mais personne n est venu me chercher le 1 mai a l aeroport a 21H.
C est inaccpetable de traiter comme cela les clients! Et quand je suis finalement arrive a l hotel a 23H la seule explication qu on m'a donne a la reception : ce n est pas moi.

Les buffet pas varié
Le bord de mer est relativement sale ( bouteilles plastiques , cartons pizza … )

Clim un peu forte difficulté a la régler,

Connexion internet

Basically nothing worked.
Six days we spent and on none the pool was working (the pool which takes a big and visible role in their marketing was the only reason we chose to be outside of town).
Internet was very weak but in the lobby relatively ok. Buy in the room and elsewhere only occasional connection. Even after IT guy came to fix it wotkrd for 5.minutes (and this happened several times)
The room had a little terrace but no furniture. Also it took three days to get rid of old guests cigarrette buts and the sticky chewing gums are still there with all the weed.
The buffet dinner had a very limited selection whi h did not change even once/even a little. And unless you arrived before opening you would find the food was already gone. Especially at BF everythinc was always finished (but the laydy making omelettes was luckyly there always).
Staff was pmentiful but did nothing other than talk with eachother or play with their phones. They never saw all that was missing in the buffet unless you told them. If you didn't rush to get water when they happened to bring it to the buffet you were told to buy it, it was only replenished on some days.
Food itself wasn't so bad but always over, no vegetables (sometimes a small plate fo shredded cabbage was brought in - but not replenished).
One normal size plate of fruit was brought to dinner buffet as dessert, enough for 3+4 persons although restaurant was over rowded every evening (estiate 200-300pax or more)
Also missing were the mosquito nets that were mentioned and definitely would habe been needed - in fact malaria is growi g fast in the Comoros nowadays
Pity for a nice hotel (in the pictures). Not so close to town but right by the sea (no beach) and with something that should/could have been a nice big garden but now was bust a meadow at best.

There was a lack of information about the hotel - I never found out what the restaurant hours were! The choice of food was limited - it was Ramadan which may not have helped. The pool did not look very clean. There were sun loungers but none with a sun shade, which would have been essential. There was a kettle and coffee in the room with sugar but no creamer. The sea looked lovely but there was no access to it. The buildings need a lot of updating but this is a poor African country so I did not have high expectations.

Some aspects need renovation. The lobby should be air conditioned and cleaned. There were too many mosquitoes ! The faucets should be fixed, so sufficient hot water should come out. The pools should be cleaned and should contain water. They are eyesores !
