CityInn Hotel Plus - Ximending Branch

We had a wonderful stay at CityInn Hotel Ximending as a family of four. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from Ximending’s main shopping and dining area, which made it very easy for us to get around, even with kids.

The hotel is very affordable and offers great value for money. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with enough space for our family to rest after a long day of exploring.

What we appreciated the most was the staff. They were very friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help, especially with our kids’ needs and questions.

Overall, we highly recommend CityInn Hotel Ximending for families looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and accessible place to stay in Taipei.

The staff were very accommodating and went the extra mile to help us during our stay. They do not serve breakfast but they offer an ordering service for breakfast and if you would like to purchase souvenirs from popular stores.

Convenient location, just a short distance away from Ximen station exit 3.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Elaine assisted us with the check-in and gave us suggestions on which night markets (along with a map) and attractions to visit in a welcome note =)
Hotel was clean and overall a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent and perfect for exploring the area. There is a nice common space where you can enjoy a coffee and have breakfast. Although the hotel itself does not offer breakfast, there is a place right next door where you can buy delicious sandwiches and pastries.

The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Despite the construction work across the street, we were not disturbed at all. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even arranged our train tickets to Hualien, which we really appreciated.

We are already looking forward to returning to this hotel after our trip!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit hotel! De locatie is uitstekend en ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen. Er is een fijne gezamenlijke ruimte waar je rustig koffie kunt drinken en eventueel kunt ontbijten. Hoewel het hotel zelf geen ontbijt aanbiedt, zit er direct naast de deur een plek waar je heerlijke broodjes kunt halen.

De bedden lagen ontzettend comfortabel, wat zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. Ondanks de bouwwerkzaamheden tegenover het hotel hebben we hier totaal geen hinder van ondervonden. Daarnaast was de service van de receptie echt top: het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs onze treintickets naar Hualien voor ons geregeld, wat erg prettig was.

Wij kijken er nu al naar uit om na onze rondreis weer terug te keren naar dit hotel!

We had a wonderful time in Ximending’s CityInn Plus. The front desk staffs were very cordial, professional and helpful! The premise was very clean and modern. We were able to have both rooms on the same floor. We would like to thank Joanne for her assistance in placing both of our rooms next to each other! She restaurant suggestions were spot on. She made our stay special and more pleasant! This is our fourth stay and we will return soon!
