Comfortable stay and courteous and friendly staffs.
Pros:

We are very happy to have a place for us to sit down and plan our itinerary before we head out to our destination. We also feel that staffs are very cheerful and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we will definitely recommend any of our friends to stay here. We hope we will come back again if time allows. Keep up the good work !

Cons:

Maybe the washing machine . I guess it will be better to change to some other brand that can do a better job. It took us about 3 hours to dry our clothes.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel with its prime location and superb service. Room is clean and tidy. All the staff are polite and friendly. This is the 5th time we booked this hotel and will definitely come back again in the near future.

Great location
Pros:

Great location, provide self laundry service, free coffee and local instant noodles. Staff was excellent and helpful. Especially Luna, went all the way giving us full details of weather, place to eat and advise on place to go. The room and toilet is well maintained with electronic bidet which is a total plus. Definitely value for money.

Affordable and good location to nearby mrt and shopping district.
Pros:

The close location to the Ximending shopping district is a plus. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful to answer our enquiries.

It was a pleasant stay overall.
Pros:

Very close to Ximen station and Ximending night market. Accessible to food stalls and convenience stores.

Cons:

You can hear noises from the rooms when you are in the hallway. No utensils that you can borrow. Hope you can adjust the coffee machine so latte would taste like latte :)
