Quisiera agradecer a todo el equipo humano que trabajan en este gran hotel, primera vez que viajamos en familia, y la verdad fueron inolvidables, las instalaciones estuvo muy acorde a nuestras necesidades, las habitaciónes super buenas, además quedamos frente a frente. la piscina de maravillas para los hijos, y su bar que da un pequeño respiro a los padres.... Mis respetos y admiración al personal de aseo, a l@s recepcionistas, (nos dieron todo lo necesario para estar más cómodos) los recepcionistas Jhon, Sr Juan, muy amables , la Sra Soledad y su grupo que trabajan en el casino, muy amables para resolver nuestras necesidades de los hijos, siempre tuvieron la mejor disposición para nuestra familia, un exelente hotel en medio de gran variedad de restaurantes

Esperamos volver muy pronto, y disfrutar de Cartagena de Indias.junto a uds

Que surpresa maravilhosa, o hotel é muito melhor que nas fotos, adoramos! As camas sao confortaveis, chuveiro com boa pressao, regulagem de temperatura otima. Um destaque para a limpeza dos quartos, EXCELENTE e para o atendimento dos funcionarios, todos muito simpaticos. O café da manhã é uma delicia, bem variado. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom tambem, amei o arroz com camarao e os legumes ao wok. Obs: bem em frente tem um restaurante: tratoria di silvio, recomendo.

Un hotel donde da gusto quedarse
Pros:

Al hotel se lo nota bien cuidado en todos sus aspectos. El personal fue muy amable.
Respecto al desayuno lo encontramos bastante variado y rico.
En la habitación los colchones y almohadas en buen estado, la televisión también se veía muy bien y el wi-fi nunca tuvo problemas.
La zona de la piscina también era muy linda.

Cons:

Por momentos en la zona de recepción se sentia un olor cloacal. Espero que le encuentren solución porque es un mancha para un lindo hotel.
La ventana de la habitación no se podía abrir.

Localização e instalações ótimas.
Funcionários muito atenciosos, diria impecáveis.
Quarto bastante confortável. Disponibilizam ferro e secador de cabelo.
Café da manhã é o único ponto que considero a melhorar, mas mesmo assim supriu minhas necessidades.
