El personal muy atento.
Nous avons été accueillis avec une grande amabilité par le personnel, très chaleureux et humain. Les piscines sont très propres, les jardins merveilleux et les chambres fraîches, propres et agréables. Le lieu est très calme : au milieu du chaos de la ville, c'est une véritable oasis de paix. Le restaurant est délicieux et les portions sont très généreuses. Il y a des rampes pour faciliter la circulation des personnes à mobilité réduite.
Le petit-déjeuner typique colombien est très bon (œufs, arepa, pain, soupe), mais l'hôtel devrait proposer plus de variété pour les non-Colombiens, car cela devient répétitif lors des longs séjours. La Colombie est un pays avec une richesse de fruits merveilleuse : il serait préférable de proposer des jus de fruits frais plutôt que des produits industriels, qui font baisser la qualité du repas. Enfin, le pain gagnerait à être de meilleure qualité ; une révision du fournisseur serait bénéfique.

la amplitud del hotel, su ubicación, el servicio de restaurant. El hotel quizás se diseño para abatraerseel entorno urbano, áreas verdes, y lejos del ruido.
las habitaciones del fondo están algo abandonadas, hay insectos (cucarachas), y las fachadas están abandonadas, igual la piscina alterna deberían mejorar estos espacios.
