Pros:

El lugar es maravilloso, se puede descansar debes llevar tus alimentos, no hay wifi por lo tanto debes tener conectividad, te cambian las toallas. Debes dejar limpia la casa . El lugar es muy bonito fiel a las fotos.

I have been going to this property since 1984. I’ve seen many changes, but this is by far the best I’ve ever been! Just got back from a four day stay, also stayed four days in March, and looking forward to my next stay, this place has a special charm!!

Flooded roads after rain with no drainage
Dirty cottage
No kitchen items to work with (cutting board, knife, tin foil, paper towels, etc)
Shower wouldn’t keep hot water
Cockroaches, palmetto bugs & ants indoors cottage
Housekeeping tried to shoe my elderly aunt out of her cottage at 8 am when checkout is 11 am.
Overall way to expensive for what it is

Good and bad with a boat
Pros:

The office people were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean but our TV, nor any of out neighbors TVs in the other buildings worked at all... so bring your own firestick and internet. The biggest issue we had was where they had us park our boat and trailer. We were not being able to park our boat at the marina to grab lunch or dinner at the resorts own marina and restaurant. Unfortunately their Harbor master was not friendly or helpful. When I came in off the gulf for lunch, he said I had to take my boat back out of the water, park it over in dry storage, move my truck back to our room, then do the reverse after eating dinner to get back on the water. The time we would've wasted doing all of that wasnt worth it... It seems crazy that we were paying to stay there, and paying for our boat parking and we couldnt even park our boat to eat at their establishment. So we decided to leave the premises for a better venue to eat. So if you dont get an actual slip, its a real pain in the ass, and if someone else parks out of whack, forcing you to park a little out of whack, expect the harbor master to give you a bunch of crap. Talked to him 4 times and have nothing nice to say about the guy.

Also, they close the pool and hottubs at sunset... meaning the sun wasnt even down yet. So don't plan on coming back to enjoy any of those amenities unless the suns out.

The place is a perfect gateway for family and relaxing time.
Pros:

Everything was great! The place was clean and super cute with the beachy decorations. Definitely staying there again.

Cons:

The beds were not the best, I would feel the springs and they would squeak a bit. They need new mattresses... Also, I wish we would of been closer to where our family camper was, but it at least it was on the same road. We just had to walk a bit.

IF YOU WANT TO PARTY ALL NIGHT AND SLEEP ALL DAY THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOU - WE RENTED MULTIPLE SMALL HOUSES ON THE WATER NOT REALIZING THIS PLACE WAS PARTY CENTRAL. NINA WAS RUDE. MICHELE IN THE OFFICE WAS HELPFUL. EVERYONE ELSE WAS JUST DEFLECTING RESPONSIBILITY. ONE OF THE UNITS HAD A HORRIBLE SEWER OUTSIDE THAT RUINED ANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES ANY WHERE NEAR OUR UNIT. MTC SAID IT WAS COMING FROM THE WATER? THERE WAS A FAINT SULFUR SMELL COMING FROM THE WATER BUT THIS WAS 100% SEWER SMELL. WE LITERALLY HAD TO TURN THE BATHROOM FAUCET ON TO GET HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER.... WHICH RANDOMLY TURNED OFF COMPLETELY. ALL THIS MAY HAVE BEEN ACCEPTABLE IF WE WERE JUST PAYING FOR RV SPOT BUT WE PAID OVER $400 PER NIGHT FOR THIS ....
