Slow respond of administration personel to problem solving becouse of other clients. To much noise in evening from other rooms, poor walls sound isolation.
Running insects on bathroom floor(foto added). Poor air ventilation system in small rooms, to hot..

Очень приличный чистый отель за разумные деньги. Отличные завтраки. Пожелание - комплексный ужин выбирать все-таки из меню.

Странный отель, оставляющий противоречивые впечатления.
Из хорошего: была деловая поездка и мы смогли оценить суперсервис при проведении конференции. Нас встретили профессиональные сотрудники, которые предусмотрели для нас все мелочи, вплоть до предоставления презентера. Рекомендую для проведения мероприятий.
По номерам - убирались каждый день, в номере всё исправно, всё в хорошем состоянии. Кровать удобная, в отеле чисто - получится выспаться. Но в номере отсутствует какая-либо вентиляция - будет постоянно душно. Были осенью - окно можно открыть только на 10 минут, иначе замерзнешь.
Завтраки тоже удивили. Один день - шведский стол с очень хорошим выбором, второй день - на выбор 4 варианта готовых завтраков - крайне скромных по содержимому.
Персонал был зато всегда внимателен и вежлив.
Если кратко - тройка без излишеств. Явно есть что улучшить.

скудный завтрак (одинаковый все дни недели, кофе никакой), ужасный интернет, а в общем все хорошо, если на это не обращать внимание.

Номер довольно маленький, но чистый. Ночью сработала пожарная сигнализация, кто то покурил в комнате, поэтому ночной сон не принёс удовольствия. Завтрак категорически не понравился.

Обогреватель электрический дополнительный в номере, иначе замерзнешь. Отсутствие питьевой воды в номере и чайника! Кулер на 1-м только этаже!При 6-ти посетителях в ресторане, вам готовят ужин в течении 1,5 часов! СОВОК!!! в самом плохом смысле.

We chose the hotel for its location. (the closest to our family) The lobby and entrance are in need of a face lift. The front desk could use some help when it come to service. It took us 45 minutes to check in. When we checked in we were given a different price. We had to do some negotiations to get to the price we expected to pay. View from hotel to river is nice. Housekeeping was very good. Amenities in room are very good. Bathroom was modern. Since I had no high expectations I was not disappointed.

Located on the opposite side of the river from the central district, it is a 2km walk to get to the museums.
The hotel is a concrete building without charm but inside, the rooms have been recently refreshed and are quite nice.
We probably would have rated this hotel much better if we didn't have a bad experience with the staff unpleasant and stubborn. We accidentally stained a towel, nothing that couldn't be washed in a washing machine and had to pay for it!

Very long time of checking in. Awful service. Very small rooms almost without ventilation and stinky. Tiny beds. Poor breakfast with possibility to stay hangry after it. Unfriendly stuff. Worn out furniture.

As me told a taxi driver it's a good choice for person whom have a business needs on this side of Enisey, or for short stay. It was Soviet style hotel, but new shareholders try to keep western standards of service. Wi-fi, room clearing, reception desk like in a Europe based 3 stars hotel. Breakfast is very good. Great view and location isn't bed, but unfortunately you need cross a long bridge (more that 2 km) for visit a center. The main city attractions are one other bank of Enisey.

Stayed here for a few nights during a business trip to Krasnoyarsk. Very good quality, everything a western traveler would expect in a good hotel. reception, breakfast, room, cleanliness. Definitely recommend to stay there again. And I have seen many other hotels in Russia ))

Great view to Enissey river and over Krasnoyarsk, all the way to Bobrovy Log.

The hotel is an old one constructed in the Sobiet times so the rooms are tiny and very basic.
It is being renovated now at the presence of the guests so one can enjoy dirt and people in uniforms in the same lift as visitors use.
The most outrageous thing is the absence of hot water in the rooms. One day the reception suggested my colleague who live in the room opposite to me to wait till morning as te water does not reach out floor. The suggestion to change the room was never made. The other day when hot water was absent in my room they suggested to have the shower in other room on another floor.
When I was checking out I have asked the reception to check my room when I was at breakfast as I have already packed my stuff. They said they won't do that as I could cOme back and take something else from te minibar. I was shocked. It would be the same as to say you may try to steal from us
