Great location in Fira and amazing views from the hotel!

Everyone was helpful and kind.
Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant. The location is spectacular.

The steps were a bit much but staff helped by carrying bags. Breakfast was great and the view was incredible. Definitely would recommend

Great spot with endless views and nice rooms. The only downside was getting woken up around 6:50am by breakfast staff speaking loudly outside our room which was next to the eating area.

Otherwise a great experience all around.

It does not meet the basic minimum standards of a a vacation stay

Great view of the caldera

The construction on the cliff and the vertical distribution of the hotel is outstanding, awesome. The entire property offers stunning sea views of the caldera. The breakfast is fantastic, healthy and served with a smile on the terrace with an out of this world sea view, just magnificent! Only thing is you need to be prepared to climb a lot of stairs! The bed is super comfy, big king size and the cave design is cool and different. The shower is a little bit too small and the dressers are a little difficult to use for a lady to put her make up on but besides these tiny details this hotel is a little gem in the super beautiful Fira Santorini. We really loved it! ❤️❤️

We got a good room (not too many stairsteps down to the cliff base) and the staff especially Alexandra, Zain, Oni, Timara and the rest are what made our stay more memorable bec of the hospitality they showed. Good job!
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends.

The view was the most beautiful we've ever had, being on the cliffs!

Ideal location with some of the best views in Fira! Walking distance to everything you may want to see on this side of the island and fabulous staff. There are three levels of patios to enjoy the fresh air and the complimentary breakfast is a great way to start the day. Also a ten minute walk to the public bus which makes getting to the airport, Oia, or the port easy and affordable.

Courteous staff and great location

The location was great. They were unable to give us two twin beds as we requested. The breakfast was great. The room was a little older. Would stay again

The view from this property is spectacular, however that’s where it ends. The room felt like you were walking into a mouth cave and the shower was unacceptable. Warm water lasts about 5 seconds in an old, small cavernous bathroom. Furniture looked old and cheap. Closet smelled musty. No cell service or WiFi. This one is a big no for me. Oh, and the coffee was awful- icing on the cake.
