Need a bit more lighting in the bedroom especially around the mirrors/dressing area

There was a shopping center nearby, and the hotel had great access. The room was clean and comfortable, and the French toast from the breakfast menu was absolutely delicious.

Restaurant staff -some were obviously not happy about their job , blunt, etc. others language was an issue. We had previously stayed at 5star hotels in Ireland and use of pool facilities without the need of a shower cap was no issue but at this property it was required and they would charge you to buy one

JC was amazingly helpful with recommendations for pubs, taxis, and anything we needed. She was friendly and quick too. The beds were hard, but we forgave it since JC more than made up for it being so helpful. Since it was a bank holiday we were unable to use the spa facilities in the allotted hours.

Excellent hotel, good staff, great breakfast and good restaurant for evening meals, pool and gym very good, family friendly, only negative is room walls are very thin so it’s noisy at night.

Very good stay

We booked an executive suite so I could work while away. Room was partially cleaned on day 2. On day 3 no room cleaned even at 5pm after leaving it empty for the day with a clean request on the door. Asked for a flat pillow never cane had to ask again.
For an executive suite & a much higher rate I would expect better service & a better quality room.
As for the restaurant, the Indian host was hard to understand a little grumpy & slammed our food on the table after he served a different table before us, even though we arrived 10 mins before them. We watched as he struggled to interact with the older people & made them feel very uneasy & not welcoming.
Advise would be replace him with a better hostess and place him in the kitchen away from paying guests. We had din 2 nights then left for better surroundings. 3 rd time at this hotel but I think it might be our last. For what you pay and food quality I think better places to stay out there. Main reception staff were excellent once we made any issues known and fixed in a timely manner. More management of cleaning staff and restaurant staff would be advised before you lose more paying customers.

Just what we needed for a local wedding.

We had a great stay. The staff helped us with getting tickets to a local football match. Everything was extremely clean and the room was so spacious.

I have stayed in the Manor West on more than a dozen occasions but unfortunately this particular time it was not a good experience which resulted in myself and my family leaving a day earlier than planned from our trip.

I explained to the staff member at the desk upon early check out the issues but unfortunately we were not willing to risk another nights stay

I can not fault the staff or food as they were brilliant ,as always.

Nice hotel

Beautiful from start to finish. Leisure facilities included, which we happily used. Playroom for kids. Breakfast was lovely. Room spacious and a bunk for my kids which was a bonus, fridge and kettle in room. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer. The welcome sign on the tv on arrival & throughout the stay made it feel personal. Thought the staff were very friendly.

Hotel was clean and bed was large. Staff was friendly, except restaurant staff very stiff. Breakfast selections (came with cost of room) were nice, but pancakes had no flavor. Area around the hotel is wierd - LARGE segmented shopping mall and a run down house next door. Views of the mountains beyond the mall were nice. Would stay here again but for one night, like we did.

Excellent hotel, very good service. Spotless clean. Nice leisure centre. Perfect location for travelling to Dingle, Kilarney even Ring of Kerry.
