Over all it wasn’t a bad stay, but definitely not customer service needs to be addressed.
Pros:

The room was clean & comfortable.
The room was spacious.
Had breakfast.

Cons:

The lady in the lobby, was rude. You could tell she did not want to work.
Very unpleasant.

Not a good experience
Pros:

Unfortunately the experience was not ideal. At check-in they refused to accept my military veteran ID Card which is a Federal photo ID accepted in airports and military bases but apparently isn't good enough for the Baymont. During my visit there was a verbal altercation between staff members and two elderly African American folks and the police had to be involved. The same dead bugs are on the floor from my last visit and the equipment in the fitness room is broken.

Rude welcome
Pros:

The Asian woman at the front desk needs to be fired or else they’ll be loosing business. She’s rude and inconsiderate purposefully. I wouldn’t have anyone like that working at a business I had with patrons expecting hospitality.
