The lady who checked me in was great.
Mid week and not busy, I was only offered 1hr extension for a late check by the staff in the morning.
Stayed three nights, and no housekeeping whatsoever. No emptying trash cans, no cleaning, no new linens, no new towels. Does the website say there won’t be any housekeeping - NO. Is there a reduction in price for no housekeeping- NO.
When I asked on the second day about cleaning our room, the manager just gave a poor excuse about being a small town. That’s just bogus, as the hotel next door does daily housekeeping.
Service & Breakfast was great. We will be back

I can’t believe they charge a $100 incidental at check in. There is nothing to actually spend money on. Not even vending machines. The third floor hallway AC unit has a loud constant screeching noise that can be heard inside all the rooms. The door wouldn’t stay set to the frame so you can see light and hallway noise attacks the remaining quiet left in the room. I had to double over a note pad four times and wedge it into the gap between the door and frame to keep the door shut. The humidity is so high in the rooms the bed sheets all feel wet when you get in the bed. Not a great stay.
Great breakfast, more than I expected, loved the Dove lotion in the bath.

The shower had not been cleaned in a while. Several used bars of soap still in the shower. No hot water. The air conditioning was subpar at best.
Hot water was lukewarm at best.
No water pressure
Would stay there again if the need arose.
