Very pretty hotel, very nice staff
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection. Senor John was very attentive and helpful at breakfast.

Cons:

The bed is hard as a rock, and they only give you a tiny bottle of water on the first day.

Agradable, con buena ubicación y personal
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente.
El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto.
El personal es muy amable, atento y agradable.

Cons:

Un alojamiento ruidoso. Tiene un rooftop muy cerca con música altísima hasta entrada la noche. Nuestra habitación contaba con un extractor de cocina muy cerca y ruidoso.

Very nice hotel, such a shame they do not provide a water dispenser when water is not drinkable in Santa Marta.

Very nice hotel and breakfast. The staff was very helpful. Located in the centre of Santa Marta

Cons:

Water in Santa Marta is not drinkable. The hotel does not have a water dispenser and only provides a very small complimentary water bottle. This is not enough and it is the first time we encounter such an issue in Colombia. All other places had water dispensers

Beliggenheden er lige midt i byen, tæt på alt.

Cons:

Vi kunne ønske flere stikkontakter. Vi kunne ikke få is til sodavand om aftenen, selvom der var en bar. Man kunne ikke købe øl eller vand.
Billederne snyder, da den øverste tagterrasse kun tilhører suiten.

Lovely boutique hotel with a nice pool to relax
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the center of Santa Marta, bed was comfortable, bathroom was large, and AC worked well. We had a room on the ground floor and were not bothered by music at all (some reviews mention that music from a neighboring bar can be heard loudly in some rooms).
Loved relaxing at the pool given how humid it can be in the city, it stays open till 10PM.

Estupenda opción
Pros:

Todo. La ubicación mejor imposible. La habitación era cómoda y con todo lo necesario. La piscina aunque sea pequeña es suficiente para refrescarse. El personal muy amable, queríamos ir al parque Tayrona y nos explicaron todo y nos ofrecieron el desayuno para llevar ya que salíamos pronto.

Oasi rinfrescante
Pros:

Hotel molto accogliente in stile coloniale con camere grandi e ben ammobiliate silenziose perché affacciano sulla corte centrale. Piccola piscina sulla terrazza molto comoda visto il caldo della costa. Personale gentile e professionale, A/C ben funzionante, posizione a metà fra il centro dove c'è vita notturna e il mare.

Cons:

La colazione servita potrebbe essere un po' più ricca ma comunque buonissima.

Poor sleep quality despite an otherwise perfect hotel
Pros:

Gorgeous property. Loved the pool area. Friendly staff. Walking distance from all the best parts of Santa Marta. Super comfortable bed and lovely design for the rooms.

Cons:

The neighborhood has lots of bars/clubs, so loud music was blasting until about 2am. And I mean louddd. The hotel is well aware of this and has a schedule of when the nearby clubs close. Despite it being a beautiful place, for what we paid I would expect to be able to sleep, thus the lower score.

La habitación etsaba muy bien equipada y era muy comoda. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas.

Cons:

A veces el agua caliente se gastaba y había que ducharse con agua fria. El desayuno es un poco lento, si tienes prisa mejor bajar con tiempo.

Great location- a very nicely appointed room. The rooftop pool was a pleasant place to relax. Bathroom was standard, but the shower was good. We didn't have breakfast as we had a very early morning flight.

Beautiful place to stay - would highly recommend
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful property inside - see some photos attached . A real garden feel to the place
Great swimming pool and nice freshly cooked breakfast
Staff were really all very kind - special call-out for Ariana who let us use the pool to cool off before we left and gave us fresh towels

Cons:

Only thing is the noise from local nightclubs goes on till late . Get some ear plugs and you’ll be fine . The property have advised me though that they are seeking to address the noise issue with the local authorities
