I absolutely loved this hotel and had the most wonderful experience! From the moment we entered the hotel till the very end of our trip, I couldn’t fault it. The staff were fantastic and always helpful and full of smiles. They made us feel so welcomed and ensured to arrange taxis, advised about places to go, helped us with apps to get food delivered very late at night, etc. Pretty much anything we needed. The buffet was always full of options but not repetitive. I loved that they had a large variety of fresh fruits and bakery which I loved. My son really enjoyed having his pancakes made in front of him which he could not get enough of. Children are extremely well catered to and they also had an outdoor area where there was entertainment as well as pool tables, games, etc. The hotel also has water play/slides for kids which we didn’t use. It is very conveniently located only a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of shops around too. Our room came with a balcony which was lovely. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel.
