We had an absolutely wonderful 14-day stay at this hotel and loved every minute of it.

The all-inclusive food was excellent – delicious, fresh, and with a fantastic variety every day. There was always something new to try, and every meal was enjoyable.

Our room was spotless and cleaned daily. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling. They were happy to help with anything and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The animation team was amazing! They worked so hard to keep everyone entertained with fun activities during the day and great evening shows. Their energy and enthusiasm made our holiday even more special.

The swimming pools were fantastic – clean, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun. The hotel's location was also excellent, with everything nearby and easy access to the beach and local attractions.

Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future!

Just got home im sad but wanted to share my experience.

From start to finish, our holiday at Ohtel La Hacienda was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome — especially by the lovely English lady at reception who checked us in.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team deserve a special mention — they clean the rooms every day and do an incredible job.

The restaurant was always busy, which says a lot, but it was consistently immaculate. We stayed for 10 days and were really happy with the food throughout. The staff work tirelessly and are always on the go — they really are brilliant.

Now, the sunbed situation — yes, it’s a thing, but honestly not as bad as people make out. There’s a bit of a rush for the prime spots, and I’ll admit I wasn’t a fan at first. But after a couple of days, it actually became part of the fun! You get chatting with people, having a laugh, planning your “route” — it turns into a bit of a morning game. People who complain or film it need to lighten up a bit!

Around the pool, I have to give a massive shoutout to Alex, the lifeguard. I’ve never come across anyone better. He handles the morning rush brilliantly, keeps things fair, and genuinely wants everyone to enjoy themselves. For someone so young, he’s got a very wise head on his shoulders. If anyone ever has an issue poolside, I’d strongly recommend speaking to Alex first — he’s great at resolving things before they escalate.

It was also great to see the hotel manager regularly around the hotel, always smiling and happy to chat — it really adds a personal touch.

The pool bar can get very hot, so while the staff might not always be smiling, they’re working incredibly hard and keep things moving. The token system is a great idea too — it helps keep the area clean and organised.
Overall, we loved every single minute of our stay. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, and it’s clear they all work incredibly hard to make your holiday special.

And as a little tribute to the holiday — and the “sunbed sports” — I even got a tattoo to remember it!

This is one of the nicest holidays I’ve ever had,extremely friendly people/staff and the food and room is always clean and tidy,the pool is relaxing and lots of entertainment always going on. 10/10 place really recommend it

We stayed here for 10 days, on arrival the check-in was so inviting, and the guy was just so helpful and friendly. We had booked 2 x Rooms for the family and we had enquired previously if they could be located next to each other and overlooking the pool area, our wish was granted! and both our Rooms were spotlessly clean and well layed out, shower was great and beds were very comfortable. And the small fridge held the drinks very cold. We were All Inclusive and I had read previously about a token system for drinks with queues which had me slightly worried, do not worry, you get these small wooden token discs on arrival and exchange them for drinks/cups when at the Bars, you then have a cup which acts as a token for the next drink, its easy and I found myself taking 4 x cups back and ordering up another 4 x drinks, at end of day or when returning to your room you exchange the cups back at the Bar for wooden tokens to keep for the next again day. Also, over our 10 days I never queued long for a drink once, yes at lunchtime when people are ordering up burgers/hotdogs/chips etc the queue can sometimes get a little congested, however you get served within a few minutes as the Bar staff are organised and efficient. The food is well above average for an All Inclusive hotel, and so much choice, the main restaurant is very large and very spacious and super well organised with such friendly staff - it was a real highlight of our Holiday. The only slight negative was the rush for loungers in the morning, when we were there the pool opened at 10am, and people did queue but I must stress it wasn't hectic, you could always get a lounger, personally there is an area up at the Tennis courts with many unused loungers throughout the entire day and if it were just myself & wife then that's where we would be - very peaceful, so if you love sun, peace and a good book that's the place for you! The flumes & splash park are is great for the children and they do lots of activities in the main pool. All the staff were super friendly and the hotel is so well run. We had a brilliant time.

Food variety and quality was great. Rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. Everything functional (A/C, refrigerator, card access). Facilities are nice.

Hotel is oldie worldie but I liked the Spanish feel and the refurbished rooms

Food okay in the restaurant a bit repetitive but if you put your mind to it you could make nice meals , the charcoal an rotisserie were a nice touch
Snack bar food wasn't great hotdogs undercooked, nuggets hard an cold , i dont even think you could call the pizza pizza it was more bread with cheese on again cold an hard and the selection of ice creams were poor.

Drinks okay but the token system and the que for a drink or returning your token really put me off returning, at times it would be a good 10mins waiting to be served , maybe 2 ques one for paying guests an one for all inc would be a good move going forward

Sunbed an the 10am dash was crazy to witness, but come afternoon it was easy to find a couple of beds
Pool toilets wow no words an not once during the day did I see staff clean or mop up its was dirty smelly an the floors like a paddling pool , surprisingly noone had an accident

Entertainment was okay as background noise but nothing special.

Also feel the indoor bar could be open 2pm til 4pm for coffee an pastries just somewhere else to be instead of around the pool.

Im still 50/50 if to return or not.

Just returned from 10 days at this hotel.
I booked 3 rooms through Jet 2 and had a great flight and arrived at hotel 1 in the afternoon. Was informed only 1 room ready and to come to back at 2 for the others . Went back at 2 to be informed only 1 other room ready so had to go back at 3.30 for the other . Rooms were nice and clean , nice food and drinks with branded bottles . I was all inclusive which was great for kids .staff were great and pool bar staff amazing . The pool does not open till 10 which was not great and had to stand behind a rope until pool opened for sunbeds on one occasion I was up early so I waited for a bed in the line behind the rope , when it opened I put my towel on the first bed then a woman actually threw towels on top of mine then lay On top of the sun beds laughing , some days all beds were taken by 10.10 . Kids entertainment was ok but adult entertainment was very poor . This hotel has loads of positives but 10 am opening for the pool is far to late plz plz look at this .
