Très bon séjour à La hacienda pour les vacances de Toussaint, le personnel parle français si besoin, tout le monde est t

Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et le ménage est fait chaque jour
Les repas sont de qualité, le all inclusive vaut vraiment le coup

Un très bon hôtel en All-in, familial et reposant.
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
Le restaurant très bon, bien agencé et spacieux.
Bon emplacement, gros + avec le terrain de foot basket et les 2 terrains de Padel

Cons:

Manque d'animations en journée
Le soir, au restaurant, le service qui débarrasse les tables est surchargé donc les tables ne sont pas débarrassées rapidement.
Odeurs WC dans le Hall d'entrée et le Hall vers le restaurant

Restaurant amb molta variació d' aliments. Al ser temporada baixa és molt fàcil d 'aparcar gratuitament alsvoltants de l'hotel.

Cons:

El wc feia una mica de pudor a claveguera.
El Spa estava tancat perquè la temperatura de l'aigua no arribava a la mínima.
El minibar perdia aigua.

calefaccion, tuve que pedir mantas y no funcionaba bien, no es un hotel de invierno, a los noruegos no les imporeta pero a ñlos españoles pasamos frio, el spa estaba helado y habia que ir por el exterior edificio.

Check in process took to long over a hour plenty of flooding bottom floor staff were try to pushing water out but it was sewage water as of draineds overflowing and coming into property you could smell the sewage from main door at reception no entertainment that night and when we went for tea rain water was coming through the restaurant ceiling put us off are food bar wasn't open to later on as they couldn't get sewage water out we have mental health conditions first Holiday aboard in 12 years food was luke warm more cold vegetable were not cooked though we had valuable kids and mental health conditions in are group

hôtel réservé aux jeunes enfants
Cons:

ce n'est plus un hôtel c'est une nurserie beaucoup de bébés et de jeunes enfants qui hurlent et qui pleurent. dommage nous ne reviendront pas.

Pros:

Les habitacions grans i molt netes amb balcó ampli. Reformades i modernes. El bany espectacular. El buffet molt bé, millor de l'esperat.
