Pros:

Lady at the reception was wonderfull and so helpfull she even provided me with a ECHT BODENSEE guest card so i gave her 10 out of 10

Cons:

No A/C at this hotel it was like SAUNA,and when i asked for a fan to Cool my roiom they didnt have one
Breakfeast was on the poor Side all the cold cuts and bacon was pork they didnt have chicken cold cuts...

Gute Lage..mitten im Geschehen.
Personal immer freundlich

Cons:

Der dazugehörige Parkplatz zu weit weg.
Zur selben Zeit war eine Schulklasse im hotel untergebracht. Sehr störend.
Lautes Geschrei jeden Abend.
Das frühstücksbuffet bissl langweilig.
Der Schnittkäse jeden Tag ausgetrocknet.
Die Dusche sehr glatt, so das man ausrutscht. Die Ablage am Bett vie zu niedrig fast auf dem Boden.

Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht, hatte bei Booking com bisher immer super Sachen, diesmal 🙈

Die Lage und der Garten hinter dem Hotel

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht das Gebuchte Zimmer!! Kein Kleiderschrank und das Badezimmer war kleiner als auf der Zimmerabbildung. Im Nebengebäude wurde eine Alternative angeboten, was uns aber auch nicht gefallen hat. Frühstück war leider nicht gut, so dass wir am 2. Morgen auswärts gefrühstückt haben. Am Anreisetag fand um die Ecke ein Open Air Rockkonzert statt mit anschließendem Bühnenabbau in der Nacht(das hätte man bei der Buchung sagen können) , da die zwei Tage eine Überraschungsgeschenk für den Geburtstag meiner 83jährigen Mutter waren, die so nicht schlafen konnte🙈
Der Parkplatz ist leider wirklich 10 Gehminuten entfernt

Emplacement dans la vieille ville.

Cons:

Parking à 900m
Chambres vieillottes.
Une seule prise pour charger nos smartphones.
Lumières de chevets qui ne fonctionnaient pas.
Notre chambre située côté vieille ville et sous les toits était très chaude et bruyante du fait du monde qui discute en dessous des fenêtres .
Pas de climatisation, ni ventilateur dans notre chambre.
Le wifi était inexistant, peut-être parce que nous étions logés dans un immeuble indépendant de l'hôtel. Dans ce cas, on aurait pu nous prévenir au lieu de nous dire le wifi est accessible en direct sans mot de passe.
Nous avons payé nettement moins cher d'autres hôtels beaucoup plus confortables et modernes sur le lac de Constance.
Le personnel était agréable et le petit déjeuner, sans viennoiseries, mais très correct dans son ensemble.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Uns hat es gut gefallen, mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück Für uns war es nur ein Zwischenstopp auf unserer Fahrradtour. Die Lage ist aber mit Sicherheit perfekt um verschiedene Ausflüge zu planen.

Secure parking for motorcycle. Gated court which is closed at 2200.
Breakfast was decent

Bed was a single bed with a bunk option above.

Cons:

Parking is a concern at this location. There is limited parking availability, and the parking offered is quite a distance away. There is a loading/unloading zone for three cars, and when I was informed at check-in that I could keep my car there, I was delighted. The check-in attendant was somewhat surprised and remarked, “Well, you’re fortunate! My manager informed me that you could leave your car there.” However, in the morning, I received a letter on my car regarding parking restrictions. Apparently, the actual manager on duty now was extremely rude and treated me as the problem and should have been aware of the rules. I would not have parked there if I had not been instructed to do so. In regards to the room, it was a bit outdated, and the bathroom had an odd smell, but it worked for what we needed.
