Superlage, nette Leute an der Rezeption und bei der Schank, Frühstück war okay...

Cons:

Die Kennzeichnung /Ankündigung des Hotels bzw. wie man von der Hauptstraße dorthin gelangt ist definitiv NICHT vorhanden. Und das kleine Schild am Zauntor ... da musst du drei Meter davor stehen, um es zu entdecken. Parkplatz...na, ja rd. 500 Meter entfernt ist mühsam. Aber das spricht für die gute Lage des Hotels.
Das Bad bzw die Dusche gehören gereinigt. Die Fliesenfugen schauen nach Schimmel aus.

Localização e café da manhã ótimos! Internet inexistente!

A localização é excelente, o café é bem servido e o atendimento é rápido e eficiente, com apenas uma das atendentes não sendo simpática.

Cons:

Ficamos sem Internet no quarto, que ficava no prédio separado da recepção, isso bem na virada do ano, quando mais mandamos mensagens. Falamos com a recepção, mas disseram que tinha Internet, sendo que estávamos em 5 pessoas, destes três na faixa de 20 a 30 anos, nenhum conseguiu acessar a Internet. Nos orientaram ir na recepção para mandar mensagens, um absurdo, tínhamos que sair do prédio e andar 50m no frio congelante. Sendo este um serviço divulgado pelo hotel cadastrado na Booking, o valor da diária não deveria ter redução? Tudo é cobrado a mais, mas quando não atendem, não temos redução no valor?

Pros:

I was there with my parents (70+) and my kid (11).
The rooms were spacious, clean, very silent and warm.
The location is perfect to enjoy Meersburg by walking, there is a bus stop close by to go to costance or the other cities around.
The area is amazing and offers so much.
The breakfast is well organised, there is a lot of different things from sweet to savoury, coffee, yogurt, fresh stuff, we were really satisfied with it.
The price is definitely reasonable for the location and the service.
The stuff was welcoming and helpful!

We will come back for sure!
