Pros:

Довольно большой номер. Дверь в блок, потом дверь в номер, затем небольшая прихожая с дверью непосредственно в комнату - всего 3 двери обеспечивают блокировку любых звуков из общих зон отеля.
Раздельный санузел - отдельно туалет и ванная комната, что тоже будет оценено любителями комфорта.
Приятные мелочи: бесплатная бутылка итальянского вина в номере, талон на welcome drink в каком-то заведении в центре, бируши, лопатка для обуви - вещи, о которых не помнишь, но радуешься, когда они есть.
Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал.
Чистота номера идеальна на мой взгляд.
Завтрак оказался достойным, выбора особого нет, без излишеств, но есть все необходимое и привычное для нормального завтрака.
В метро попадаешь сразу выйдя из отеля, рядом еще и трамвайная линия - с транспортом проблемы нет. Район насыщен кафе и барами на любой вкус.
Отель очень простой, все компактно и утилитарно, но это невозможно отнести к недостаткам в данном случае.

Pros:

Hotel sice starší panelákového typu, ale pokoje moc hezké, postele pohodlné, vše čisté. Snídaně výborné.
Na recepci všichni velice milí a ochotní. Také jsme dostali spoustu dárečků a výhod. Parkování zdarma byla obrovská výhoda, stáli jsme hned za rohem.

Cons:

Výtah malý, kdybychom potřebovali vzít kočárek na pokoj, tak se tam nevleze. My jsme jej nechávali v autě.

Pros:

Buscamos precios convenientes y supera las expectativas. El desayuno es muy variado y completo, excelente! La ubicación es muy buena para caminar a los sitios turísticos. El personal super atento y amable, tanto los de recepción como los que preparan el desayuno.

Cons:

En horarios de la noche tuvimos inconvenientes con el agua bien caliente para bañarnos.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast tasty. Huge plus is a localization - subway right next to the hotel.
One minus - the toilet was leaking on the 1st day but after we reported it was quickly fixed.

Einfaches, aber gutes und authentisches Hotel im schönen Stadtteil Karlin - gerne wieder
Pros:

DIe Lage direkt an Metro-Station Křižíkova im Stadtteil Karlín ist sehr vorteilhaft, von dort gute Anbindung mit Metro und Straßenbahnen. Hotel ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten vom Busbahnhof/Metrostation Florenc erreichbar, von Florenc kann man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt laufen (Karlsbrücke). Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Mini-Shops), Restaurants, Cafes in der direkten Umgebung. Ich hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Hof. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren einfach (Economy), aber sauber, das Bett hatte eine gute Matraze, es gab Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln. Ich hatte auch eine Mini-Bar und einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, sowie Gratis Wasser und ein kleines Sortiment an Tee und Kaffee. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für ein kleines Hotel extrem gut und vielfältig - alle Speisen frisch zubereitet und sehr ansprechend (sogar Naturjoghurt mit Chiasamen war erhältlich). Das Service-Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich war schon mehrfach (auch dienstlich) in Prag in unterschiedlichsten Hotels. Mir hat der Aufenthalt im Charles Central gut gefallen, ich komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Von außen und im Rezeptionsbereich sowie dem Treppenhaus und den Fluren sieht das Hotel nicht sehr einladend aus. Das Mobiliar auf den Zimmern ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert werden.

Wer sich davon nicht abschrecken lässt und keinen Luxus und Schnickschnack braucht, findet hier eine authentische, gute, perfekt gelegene und günstige Unterkunft im (inzwischen hippen) Stadtviertel Karlín.
