I think the hotel is aware about their strengths and weaknesses. Great location ( like 25 m to the metro station), very good and rich breakfast, many vouchers we received from the hotel ( Prague card, free drink on roof - partners hotel, red wine in the room, bottle of water received during check out, souvenirs for free). On the other side the building is from 80´s, the hotel is renovating and it will take some time to complete it fully ( like elevator). Biggest issue was the missing air condition which might be not a problem during winter, early spring or autumn but was a problem during hot summer. But for few days stay, with friends you are receiving good value for your money.

Dobrá lokalita hned vedle zastávky metra, v centru Karlína

Cons:

Dveře od pokoje byly uvolněné a když kdokoli zavřel dveře od sousedních pokojů v chodbě tak dělaly takový hluk, že se nedalo usnout. Bohužel v sousedních pokojích byl ubytovaný nějaký zájezd studentů jejichž denní režim není kompatibilní s režimem člověka za služební cestě :-)

Snídaně, pohodlné postele, super lokalita, super přivítání

Cons:

Trošku jsme se cítili jak v bytovce, starší vybavení. Parkování zdarma znamená - najděte si místo na ulici.
