Outstanding experience at a very reasonable price.
Pros:

Excellent in every way: helpful staff, spacious and bright room, right next to a metro station. There was a free bottle of wine and discount cards. Good pizza restaurant next door. Very good value owing to its location, with easy access by metro to the main areas of interest.

Pros:

The location was great, easy access to the subway (right in front of the hotel), perfect if you're attending events in Forum Karlin or the O2 arena, the staff was very nice, market nearby.

Cons:

The elevator was very slow, considering it's not the newest I'm sure it'll be upgraded eventually.

Pros:

The staff was really helpful and kind, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good and they included the city pass and lots of other presents.

Cons:

The facilities were a bit old and the lift felt a bit insecure but nothing to really worry about
