Sehr schönes altes Grandhotel, das in einem ehemaligen Kloster untergebracht ist. Tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot könnte besser sein - das Personal dort ist ziemlich unmotiviert, deckt die Tische kaum ein und steht nur rum - das geht deutlich besser!

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Das alte Kloster hat sehr viel Charme und liegt mitten in der schönen „weißen“ Stadt. Die ruhigen Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, zum schönen, großen, liebevoll bepflanzten Innenhof sind groß und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker, es gibt (Wok-) Gemüse!

Interessantes Stadthotel
Pros:

Ein interessantes Hotel in den ehemaligen Klostermauern. Deshalb gilt es aufgrund der Gegebenheiten Abstriche zu machen ( Dusche ..) Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, dadurch war es grundsätzlich nachts auch sehr ruhig. Die zentrale Lage war super, wobei in dem Gemäuer des Klosters die laute und quirrlige Altstadt kaum zu bemerken war. Das Frühstück war super und auch das normale Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Kompliment an die Küche.

In Anbtracht der Gegebenheiten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Estuvimos en total 4 noches dos noches cuando llegamos a popoyan, las dos noches último del 25 al 27 de enero 2026 me gustó el personal porte equipaje.

Cons:

Somos de perú mas de 25 años de turismo tenemos mas de tres empresas, y a la recepción le falta explicar mas sobre el hotel, horarios de desayuno y donde esta la piscina, etc.
El Botones si nos explicó la parte mas amable del hotel, en el turismo el rostro del personal es importante o tratar de no tener una mirada fuerte o enojada. Cuando se llama al mesero nos dio una ademan o seña con la mano espere ,no vino, y mandó a otro a pasarnos aji o picante. La actitud es importante. Z

The building is beautiful and the service is amazing. The room was super clean and the furniture had historic value and is marvelous.

The gym was closed. The pool is not climatized, and the hot water took a lot to kick in on our first night (approximately 8 min).
