Clean and staff are friendly, easy walkable to Taipei Main Station

Clean room, staff is friendly. They have free coffee, tea, milk, and biscuits at the lobby. After 10pm, they have free cup noodles.

My room is very clean and spacious. The bathroom is also clean and with a shower stall which I prefer.

I will stay here again when I return.

Easy to reach if you take MRT from airport.

Very nice & affordable inn near MRT Taipei Main Station, easy to commute to the airport and other areas. Staffs were warm, friendly, and hospitable. Despite the small room without a closet within the bedroom, it was indeed a pleasant stay with good shampoo, complimentary snacks & free laundry. Good job done, my folks!

Very convenient to Taipei main station, 6 minutes walk distance, 3 minutes to Jin Zhan shopping center which had lots of food choices and 10 minutes walking distance to Ningxia night market.
The hotel room is very small, and has bad smell. The staff are very nice and friendly, the first floor had lot free snacks, drinks and washing machines.

Convenient location, free coffee/tea and snack. Free laundry was very helpful when staying during the summer time.

Everything the staff do is above and beyond. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose them again for the future trip to Taipei.

Hotel is in great location, near train. They are also very accommodating and responsive when we first booked originally with the wrong date.

Excellent location and staff were super helpful and cheerful especially Nancy. The other staff were super helpful as well like Tim, Debby, Jasmine, Lilian, Cindy and another staff I’ve forgotten her name sorry 😞. I highly recommend and 2 thing I do want to point out is the room I’ve got is very compact (thank goodness I’ve gotten an upgrade from no window to having a window despite the view is not great) and the walls are like paper thin. Now I understand why there’s a sign in the elevator to warn about keeping the noise down.

Good location not too far from the main central station. Approx 15 min walk. Really appreciated the snacks and free washing machines. Good shower. Comfy room. Would stay again if in Taipei.

Walkable distance from Taipei Station and many choices for food anm shopping. Staff is kind and friendly. Two things I was disappointed were the bed and soundproof. When two people slept together on the same bed (double sized bed), bed shaked a lot and it's hard to sleep. It's highly recommend to book a room for two bed for two people. When it comes to soundproof, kids cried loudly on the corridor in early morning, which also made me wake up.

That is the right decision that we booked CityInn Taipei Main Station Branch II for our stay in Taipei for a simple stay near the main station as the main hub.

This simple but sufficiently comfortable hotel has everything we need. Fuently-English speaking front desk people that are always ready to help foreigners with everything they need to enjoy Taipei at its best, and essential facilities free-to-use to ease our pains, such as laundry and common pantry including free coffee, tea and snacks. Not to forget the free cup noodles after 10 pm.

Spotless room with comfy bed and private bathroom. I have to say it is small but enough space for a couple.

It's best choice for a short stay to cover Taipei main interests, especially for first-timers with language barriers like us.

Excellent staff and service, which is definitely above the average in Taiwan. The room is spacious and clean. The only disadvantages are the small lobby and lack of view.
