Het is meer een zakelijk hotel dan een gezellig toeristisch hotel

Centraal gelegen, Dicht bij metro. kamers zijn prima. Bed uitstekend en badkamer goed en ruim

Was koud in de gangen en airco moeilijk te regelen in de kamer, Niet echt een gezellig hotel .Wel uitstekend voor zakelijke doeleinden.

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Lobby und Zimmer war auch gut. Preis- Leistung ist in Ordnung.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer sollten die Fugen wieder mal erneuert werden, nicht so schön.

Pros:

Good size room (suite) with a couch, even though we did not use the TV because it was hard to figure out.

Cons:

The hotel has no leniency whatsoever on the checkout time. They wanted to charge us an extra 500 TWD for an extra hour after normal checkout. We declined. When we did not check out exactly at 11 am, they called us from reception, basically saying, get out. We stayed there after the Lunar New Year, and when we checked out, there were exactly zero guests waiting to check in. So, hotel, treat your guests a little better if you can. Also, the breakfast was terrible.

Pros:

雖然春節連假人數較多導致入住時間到了房間還未整理好，但是櫃檯人員直接幫我升等到另一間多了浴缸的房間，這部份我覺得配套措施值得肯定!

Cons:

晚上洗澡的時候發現水都不熱，溫度大概是溫涼，但還好當天高雄的溫度沒有太低，雖然水沒有很熱，也算勉強的洗完澡，無論什麼原因，飯店沒有熱水是滿嚴重的缺失，希望飯店可以正視這部份加以改善，謝謝!
