Excellent location, great service and value. Would recommend to friends.
Pros:

The service provided by the staff was excellent always wanting to cater to our every question or concern regarding places to visit and bow to get to where we want to go. The location was great since it was adjacent to two covered malls and close to Kochi Castle, the Sunday Market and Hirome's Market. Also being along the main street and intersection we could easily get back to the JR station or make it out to Ryoma's Museum at Katsurahama. The beloved tram is also right out front on the two crossing streets on which the hotel sits.

Cons:

One thing we had to adjust to was that this hotel seems to be a popular hotel for tour groups. This said you should not go down for early breakfast as the buffet breakfast would be crowded affecting the ambiance of the place quite a bit from a quiet breakfast to one that is rushed and noisy. It's not every day but it happened once during our 3-day stay there. We suggest going down after 8 am to miss the rush of the tour groups. Also, we would suggest that the management upgrade the layout and furniture of the buffet breakfast. Currently, although the selection of food is actually very good, the overall presentation/ambiance of the breakfast buffet feels like a school cafeteria. This would really help the hotel get a higher rating if more attention was paid to the interior design and furnishing and utensils of the buffet breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel would have an overall excellent rating.

立地がよい。
スタッフ対応が丁寧でよかったです。
アメニティ　お茶などが、必要なものだけ使用できて、環境に配慮されていてとてもよかった。
たくさんの団体客と一緒になってしまい、騒がしかったことと、エレベーターが狭かったのが、少し気になりました。
