Pros:

立地がよい。
スタッフ対応が丁寧でよかったです。
アメニティ　お茶などが、必要なものだけ使用できて、環境に配慮されていてとてもよかった。
たくさんの団体客と一緒になってしまい、騒がしかったことと、エレベーターが狭かったのが、少し気になりました。

Pros:

Just a 1 night stay but found it to be a great hotel. Close enough to walk to the centre and the castle. Clean, good facilities and car parking available

シングルルームに2名で利用。

1名で泊まる予定が2名になったが、追加料金2000円を払うことで快く対応してくれた。

駐車場は1泊1000円？1500円？かかり、ホテル真横の立体駐車場に停められる。立体ゆえ、入出庫にはかなり時間がかかりそうなので、急ぎの方は徒歩5分圏内に夜間最大400円、120分100円のコインパーキングが結構あるので、そちらを選ぶと良いと思う。

高知駅からも近く、利便性は高い。受験での利用も多いようで、ロビーには受験校までの行き方や空港までのバス案内など、情報が充実していた。
