JRの駅からは少し遠いがバス停のそばにあり、移動は非常に便利
また、繁華街が近いので、食事などに困ることもない
大浴場なども良くて、落ち着いて滞在できる

部屋の広さは、まぁ、こんなものでしょう。しかし、部屋に丸テーブルしかないので、出張で使う場合、少し不便さを感じることがあるかもしれない。
