スタッフの皆様の対応はとても良かったです。駅からも近い。
館内全体が寒すぎる。部屋の空調をOFFにしていたがそれでも寒かったので近くのお店で長袖を購入し重ね着しました。各部屋で管理できるようにしてもらいたい。大浴場やサウナがあるのにタオルが足りない。枕が高くて寝つけなかったので低いものも置いていただけると嬉しいです。朝食もお値段の割には種類が少ないように思いました。部屋が清潔だったり、スタッフの方々の対応が良かっただけに残念です。
