Good location.
Pros:

Location was great for walking to palace and hop on off bus.

Cons:

Our air stopped working so had to move rooms at 2am but at least they had one a little down from us.
Parking should be cheaper for guests.

Pros:

Zimmer sehr ruhig trotz der Größe des Hotels.
Frühstück - alles ausreichend vorhanden.
Lage - fußläufig zum Schloß Schönbrunn, U-Bahnstation und Straßenbahn

Badezimmer braucht dringend eine Renovierung und vielleicht sind die Damen bei unserem nächsten Check-in besser aufgeleg

Top Lage, große Zimmer, insgesamt ein komfortables Hotel

Cons:

Die jungen Damen an der Rezeption fühlten sich bei unserem Check-in eher gestört.
Wenig freundlich, wenig hilfsbereit, kein Lächeln, kein "Willkommen", nicht einmal ein freundliches "Hallo"

Leider sehr abgenützes Badezimmer mit intensiven Kalkresten und Schimmelansatz in der Dusche (#404}

Dem Hotel nicht würdig!!
Trübt den Aufenthalt und entspricht NICHT unseren bisherigen Erfahrungen

Une nuit près de Schönbrunn.
Pros:

Très grande chambre. Très agréable et confortable. Grand hall et belle décoration.

Cons:

C'est un hôtel très impersonnel. La vue sur la cour est un peu triste. Difficile d'accès en voiture. Le quartier n'est pas beau.

I choose Doubletree wherever I go, business or private.
Pros:

Breakfast was really excellent, the room clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly. Paid wifi has excellent quality. We had rooms looking to the road and the small railway bridge nearby, so my son spent a lot of time in the window :).

Cons:

I could not find out -- is dining possible at the hotel? There was zero information about hotel facilities in the room. Checkout also took a very long time -- there were two guests requiring special attention and it completely blocked the line.
