Degradation every year. The services were impeccable a year ago. Not now...
Pros:

Location ok for transit to the mountains

Cons:

I arrived late at night. The reception felt bothered that I arrived at that time. I apologized and mentioned that I drove in a blizzard and the road crews could not cope with the snow removal. I did not receive that chocolate cookie because they had run out earlier. I did not have a coffee maker in the room. It gave me the impression that whatever I requested, the answer was NO.
