Iluminação do quarto péssima, quarto fica claro a noite inteira, impossível dormir e descansar. Tive q bloquear uma luz perto da porta pois o quarto ficava iluminado durante a noite. Além a luz de emergência azul é muito forte e fica piscando a noite inteira. Além disso na cabeceira tem pequenas lâmpadas q ficam iluminadas a noite inteira, não tem como desligar, tive q dobrar um lençol para cobrir as luzes e poder dormir.

Pros:

A cama e os travesseiros são muito confortáveis. A estrutura do hotel é bem conservada, não tivemos nenhuma intercorrência. Chuveiro excelente e toalhas de banho boas também.
O café da manhã é perfeito, com muitas opções de alimentos salgados e doces.

Quarto muito confortável.

Cons:

O exaustor do banheiro fazia um barulho muito alto e ficava ligado direto. Pedimos assistência, desligaram, mas aí o mau cheiro da tubulação voltou todo.
O café da manhã estava péssimo: buffet bagunçado e com poucas opções saudáveis.
Pedimos uma pizza à noite que estava péssima. Muito ruim, quase sem queijo, sendo que era uma marguerita, e o centro ainda estava congelado.
Quando reclamamos, o funcionário se ofendeu e justificou dizendo que saía bastante.

roupas de cama suja, mau cheiro no banheiro com retorno de esgoto, TV não funcionava, a recepção não se preocupou em nenhum momento em resolver os problemas.

Pros:

Hotel excelente, muito perto do aeroporto. Funcionários extremamente solícitos e atenciosos, quarto limpo e arejado. A academia é um diferencial a parte, muito nova, limpa e funciona 24 horas. Café da manhã farto e com vista para a piscina. Recomendo esse hotel demais e me hospedarei sempre que voltar a Porto Alegre.

Estaba viajando en coche de Montevideo a Florianopolis. Por su ubicacion es el lugar perfecto para descansar una noche
