Intercity Piazza Navona: Recomendo!
Pros:

Asseio impecável. Piscina bem limpa. com água cristalina e com o aquecimento funcionando. Funcionários educados. Quarto espaçosos na Torre B (estilo flat). Localização espetacular, no Centro, com um supermercado em baixo.

Cons:

Café da manhã razoável, com pouca variedade.

Pros:

- Limpeza do quarto muito boa.

- Piscina aquecida também com ambiente bem limpo e sem odores, como às vezes ocorre em alguns hoteis, por ser um ambiente úmido. Porém a água poderia estar um pouco mais quente (no dia q visitamos estava próximo a 12°C na rua), água estava morna, mas se estivesse um pouquinho mais quente estaria perfeita.

- O café da manhã não tem muuuuita variedade, mas no geral as coisas que tinha era de boa qualidade.

- Por ser tratar de um flat, o quarto era bastante espaçoso, tendo uma sala e cozinha com sacada e o quarto com banheiro e outra sacada.

Cons:

- O corredor (pelo menos o 7° andar tinha um odor um pouco estranho, parecendo cigarro. Talvez pq era de carpete.

- O prédio e as instalações são um pouco antigas.

- O restaurante do hotel não funciona mais (para almoço ou jantar), isso frustrou a nossa ideia de jantar lá... acabamos pedindo um delivery.

- Havia duas lâmpadas queimadas no quarto.

- Sofá cama não era muito confortável.

Na recepção, o Vinícius é um verdadeiro guri de ouro: super educado, prestativo e gentil. O hotel é excelente, com certeza voltaremos. A equipe do café da manhã também está de parabéns, todos muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos.

Cons:

A única parte que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza. Os vidros do quarto estavam sujos, os azulejos do banheiro aparentavam estar encardidos e uma das cobertas do quarto das crianças estava manchada, parecendo não ter sido lavada.

Mudamos de hotel após a primeira (e péssima) impressão.

Cortesia dos 2 recepcionistas e do responsável pelo estacionamento.

Cons:

Instalações antigas e mal manutenidas ( o quarto parecia até mal assombrado). Limpeza muito ruim, especialmente do banheiro (resto de shampoo, espelho com manchas de pasta de dente), apto com cheiro de mofo. Carpetes sujos e móveis velhos. Localização razóavel, porém o acesso é complicado. A entrada principal é na avenida Independência, sem aparente possibilidade de estacionamento para desembarque. O estacionamento é numa rua perpendicular. Porém, até descobrir isso, foram duas voltas em torno do quarteirão, durante a noite e após o cansaço da viagem. Ao chegarmos no quarto e vermos que era muito aquém do que estava no anúncio, desistimos de ficar no hotel e fomos buscar um outro lugar pra ficar. Não tínhamos jantado e o hotel não dispõe de restaurante. Felizmente encontramos outra acomodação ( por incrível que pareça, da mesma rede hoteleira Intercity) próxima à orla do Rio Guaíba, na Av. Borges de Medeiros, praticamente pelo mesmo valor e muito superior, com um ótimo restaurante que funcionava até às 2330h. Sinceramente, acredito que haja outras acomodações melhores na região inicialmente escolhida que ofereçam um custo x benefício mais vantajoso.
