According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. A limpeza não estava muito boa, as toalhas estavam em péssimo estado, o quarto tinha barulho exterior,, o café da manhã começa muito tarde.
O Hotel é bom ... tenho usado muitas vezes, mas vou evitar daqui para frente. Explico.. das ultimas 4 x a piscina aquecida estava gelada ou pouco aquecida em 3x. Outra situacao incomoda é escolher um quarto superior e qdo faz o check inn recebe o quarto comum..
Novamente 3x em 4x do ultimo ano. Assim acho que dewta forma tem ofertas 30% mais economicas ou melhores pelo mesmo preço.

Café da manhã excelente com muitas opções, localização perfeita perto de bares, cafés e restaurantes.
O fato de precisar pagar pela diária do estacionamento é um ponto negativo, mas nada que desabone o hotel.
The room is really spacious, the location is outstanding. The pool seemed very good, though we did not use it and it has nice views from the dining for breakfast
We arrived at the hotel and I had to leave to return a leased car so my wife stayed with my son and she carried 4 bags by herself and the front desk staff didn't even offer a cart to take luggage or offered any kind of assistance, I tried to speak to a manager and the guy at the desk said "you can speak to the manager tomorrow" and handed me a key to the room as saying "here, leave". On top of that, he didn't speak English, and my Portuguese wasn't great to express how annoyed I was, they say it's a five star hotel but I'd say this is an upper 3 star hotel, at most, definitely not the quality you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. The pillows are somewhat uncomfortable and the facilities overall have seem better times.

Porta de entrada do ap eventualmente fica travada precisa dar "um jeitinho" pra abrir.
Itens do frigobar com preço ~600% de margem. Me senti explorado.
O hotel é ótimo, café excelente.

O restante não está mais funcionando para jantar, o que era uma facilidade muito conveniente.
Ambiente limpo e quarto amplo
A Tv era muito antiga, qualidade da imagem pessima! Muito barulho no quarto encima na hora de dormir e de algum bar ou festa, mesmo estando no sexto andar não deu pra dormir pelo excesso do barulho.
O quarto muito espaçoso, café da manhã bom e academia completinha! Gostei muito.
