櫃檯人員無熱誠、訓練不佳、房間清理需加強，尤其浴室淹水問題非常嚴重

連住三天不同房間，幾乎每間浴室都會淹水到廁所，設計不良，且服務人員針對狀況的回應和反應不佳，訓練不足！
第一天：房間有前一位客人遺留的清潔物品在浴室，跟櫃檯滿身煙味男性服務員再要2個枕頭，卻回覆房務人員已下班（但其他天其實幾點都可以）
第二天：浴室淹水
第三天：浴室大淹水，櫃檯人員不主動處理，也不換客房，一副要客人自己想辦法的樣子，最後只提供三條毛巾「客人自己」吸乾，感覺很差，也沒有任何補償措施

近乎完美經驗，服務態度好，房間大，乾濕分離衛浴、泡澡皆有，很舒適
Pros:

地點方便，衛浴非常舒適，可以安心泡澡。服務人員態度極好，留下深刻印象。雖然因為特殊原因選了超出預算多一點的飯店，但沒想到經驗極佳，在服務和硬體上都堪稱飯店規格的標準，品質安靜舒適，以後絕對會再列入考慮。

Fint og tilfredsstillende - et trygt ophold.
Pros:

Hotellet lå godt, tæt på MRT og i god afstand til lækre restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder. Vi følte os godt tilpas og imødekommet af personalet, som var meget hjælpsomme da vi havde brug for dem. Hotellet var rent, og vi sov meget godt i sengene.

Cons:

Hotellet er en anelse slidt, og enkelte aspekter af værelserne trænger til en ordentlig renovering. Det ødelægger desværre en del af charmen.

飯店門口對面的巷子抬頭就能看到台北101，地點滿有驚喜的。附近也很方便，可以找到Ubike和便利商店。
Stayed one night for two people, and the price is quite reasonable for the Songshan area.
You can even catch a glimpse of Taipei 101 from the alley right across the hotel entrance, which was a nice surprise.The location is convenient, with Ubike stations and convenience stores nearby.
