Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the location is perfect. Some of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Two weeks before we arrived in this hotel we constantly received WhatsApp messages from people pretending to be this hotel. Some of them had really personal details like credit card information. Due to that, we had to block our credit card. When we told this to the hotel, they were not even sorry. Maybe it isn’t their fault and is is the fault of booking.com, but their response to our complaints was really mild even though we thought this was really serious.

They said that we were not able to get a take away breakfast because we were leaving earlier than the kitchens opening. But when we arrived to our room, we read that people leaving earlier than breakfast time could receive a packet breakfast.

Muy bien ubicado, al lado de casi todos los servicios y mismo centro de miraflores.

Cons:

La insonorización del lugar, aunque haya doble ventana el sonido por la noche se escucha muchísimo. La ducha muy poca luz, esta muy oscuro, el agua no se podía regular bien.

Personnel attentionné (2 petits chocolats nous attendaient sur le lit).
Literie confortable, eau chaude qui arrive directement (ce n'était pas le cas de nos autres hôtels au Pérou), beau decor, chambre spacieuse et propre.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très diversifié.

Cons:

A proximité se trouvent des boîtes de nuits, des pubs etc. Malheureusement l'insonorisation n'est pas au top. Le soir on entend la musique et le matin les bruits des klaxons des voitures (et ça claxonne beaucoup à Lima).
C'est le seul point négatif de l'hôtel

Localização boa mas barulhento.
Pros:

A localização realmente é excelente, sendo possível fazer muita coisa a pé. A região é traquila, com muitos bares e restaurantes, sendo bastante movimentado. Quarto e banheiro grandes, roupas de cama e banho macias e confortáveis, água quente e ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Hotel bem limpo e com funcionários agradáveis.

Cons:

Café da manhã simples, mas pelo porte do hotel considero que seja fraco já que não é uma pousada. A rua é extremamente barulhenta e movimentada, o que para pessoas com sono leve como o meu, é um problema. Mesmo com as janelas antiruído era possível ouvir um barulho incomodo e constante até de manhã, pensei que fosse por conta do final de semana mas durante os dia de semana as festas ao redor do hotel não paravam. Inclusive ouvi outras pessoas na recepção reclamando sobre e a equipe do hotel disse que não havia nada a ser feito, visto que todos os quartos recembem os barulhos da rua.
Outro ponto de atenção foi o cofre que não estava funcionando.

Absolutely unacceptable that we were not told about the late night noise
Cons:

The rooms with two beds faced DIRECTLY into 2 or 3 “ discoteca “” nightclubs that were open until 4 in the morning. It was intolerable in the room from 9:30 pm to 4:30 am. We were two 70 year old women who booked a very pleasant looking hotel for 4 nights. Staff was completely negative when we asked for consideration

Pros:

My husband required emergency medical attention during our stay in Lima. The hotel staff were so helpful in helping locate the closest hospital and arranging a taxi for us to get there. Thank you again to the staff!
